I've been using GetWiza for several months now, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. From day one, the setup was incredibly straightforward, with clear instructions and prompt customer support ready to assist. The connection is consistently fast and reliable, which is a breath of fresh air compared to other providers I've used in the past. What really sets GetWiza apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed support, their team was responsive and genuinely helpful. They’ve also been proactive about maintaining and improving service quality, with updates that have only made my experience better. Whether I’m streaming, gaming, or working from home, GetWiza has provided an uninterrupted and smooth internet experience. I highly recommend GetWiza to anyone looking for a trustworthy and top-tier internet service provider. It's truly a game-changer in the market!

Used their service for over 4 years, recently moved house but had the presence of mind to contact them in the month before the move and asked them if they could still provide internet at the new place, they ensured me they could and offered a set of packages from an isp, lo and behold when I turned on the router they sent, Getwiza calls me to say their isp does in fact not cover the area, I get reassured that an alternative option exists. I paid their activation fee and am now still sitting without any meaninigful feedback or acknowledgment of my complaints, no sign of escilation to resolve the issue and then they invoice me for a full month's internet coverage! Ph and I almost gorgot they even debited finds from me that they already acknowledged they received! I had to call them to refund me!! Customer service is well below par.

I'm honestly not sure who is worse between the Isp and the provider. I called Getwiza and raised I'm having intermittent internet issues everyday for a week. They told me from remote access, never coming to check themselves that is a complex problem with too many "wifi uses" in close proximity. Then my internet stopped completely. Now it's the ONT device that needs to be replaced by the fiber provider which could have been solved on a site visit to establish what the root cause is. Nevertheless, an appointment was booked, the time came, nobody arrives. No calls to say what is going on, where is the technician, no answer on phones. Nothing... Just all around bad service from both companies Getwiza and Fiber Geeks.

Such horrible experience... My internet is down and I have been trying to contact them with zero luck yet they say their operating times are from 8 am. I regret switching to them. Imagine working from home and your internet being down with no explanation. To say it's an inconvenience is putting it mildly! Switching to them was the worst mistake of my life, I wish I'd read the reviews before making that decision as it looks like quite a lot of people are unhappy with their services!

There has been an issue with my billing - I subscribed for D/O deductions, but my invoice says my payment method is EFT. Even though my account gets debited every month. I was being billed for someone else's account (someone who has the same first name as me) for a number of months, and one month i was charged for both mine and this other person's bil. As a result of this billing error, the ISP owed me money (more than half the cost of my bill) which only became a factor after i asked for a cancellation. I provided all the information i got from the electronic D/O company (netcash) to them. Shortly after this, I requested to extend my month-to-month contract for another month (given this billing issue, because i still needed internet). I then received an updated statement stating that i owe an amount - which i assumed was the amount i owed (for the extension) offset with the amount owed to me - which i then paid via EFT. I then get my internet switched at the end of the original cancellation date - turns out they didn't apply my extension and switched off my internet. I then requested them to switch on my internet for the extended month, and then i got debited for that, when they already owed me money. I contacted the accounts department and the customer care departments but i get no response - there is no direct contact number available for the accounts department, only an email and they're not using it to contact me on this matter.
