Be careful to associate yourself with this company, they will drive a truck into your still standing car and drive away without exchanging details, then they will deny they are at fault and cover for their driver despite independent witnesses corroborating the true story, they will also play you the fool while wasting time at your expense in resolving the matter. If this is how they treat people in public I wouldn't trust them with business.

Have had to send and receive numerous packages over the last two weeks, every time I dealt with Courier Guy I was relieved, they have a working tracking system, customer support was good and updates allowed me to know what was going on. Never once did I get a notification that they "attempted delivery" etc. I was let know when they where nearby so I could be ready for them and they delivered on time every time! Highly recommend companies use them instead of some other brands that rhyme with aromat. . . .
Local company with excellent quality products, fast response to customer queries and even sent me a brand new container after a small issue was reported to them - will recommend all day long! best tasting vanilla soft serve in the game!
Worst Delivery service I have had the displeasure of interacting with ever. strongly encourage other companies to avoid using them as it will give their company a *****ed name when associated. If the limited available avenues of interaction with them is not bad enouph, half their website does not function and I have yet to find an avenue for customer complaints - that should be a redflag in and of it self. Package was supposed to be delivered yesterday but I have no way of knowing when and no way of contacting them, help center ensured me twice with a pre scripted responce that its on its way, was never delivered. tried to use their defunct help center again today but got the same "Talent" as yesterday who refused to respond so he just blocks you from interacting with someone at Aramex who would be willing to try and help. report reads "attempted delivery, payment not ready" the absolute joke of this nonsense when its a paid for product shipped by a reputable company, and when was it attempted if I was home all day and was insured they have my number to call???? Go read other reviews about Aramex, their all accurate!
Used their service for over 4 years, recently moved house but had the presence of mind to contact them in the month before the move and asked them if they could still provide internet at the new place, they ensured me they could and offered a set of packages from an isp, lo and behold when I turned on the router they sent, Getwiza calls me to say their isp does in fact not cover the area, I get reassured that an alternative option exists. I paid their activation fee and am now still sitting without any meaninigful feedback or acknowledgment of my complaints, no sign of escilation to resolve the issue and then they invoice me for a full month's internet coverage! Ph and I almost gorgot they even debited finds from me that they already acknowledged they received! I had to call them to refund me!! Customer service is well below par.
I have been with FNB since I left School over 20 years ago. Recently I had to get a new card, at 1st I was delighted in the easy process the online app provided . . . this was short lived however. I spent an entire day waiting for my card to be delivered to my house, even calling them at 15h00 to make sure the card is still coming and they told me (falsely) that it is enroute. at 17h05 when I called messaged them again asking about my card since they told me the service is between 08h - 17h00 they just shilled me off to the couriers, I told them I had a contract with FNB not their couriers and so expect FNB to resolve the issue, I recieved a message from the couriers saying it would be delivered in 22minutes, this also did not happen. the Next day I was contacted about this issue and told that I had to give them another day during which they could deliver my card to my house, I asked them, "an entire day again" I felt like I had to point out how ubserd this expectation was . . .they want me to sit at my house an entire day, not one but two since I already spent an entire day on an undelivered promise.. . they asked me if they should rather deliver to a local branch and reitterated that I just need my ID to collect. . . . Today I get notified that I am tollect my card but that I must now additionally bring a proof of my address, when I contact the online consultants, the 1st just ignores my clear disstress and anger and eventually without trying to accomodate me or hear my point he shills me off to another consultant!!! but not before warning (threatening) me that if I fail to provide the FICA required documents my account can be frozen!!!! The second agent could not do much to assist me in clarifying a.) why they didnt require a proof of address when my card would have been delivered to my house b.) why they didnt inform me of this requirement should the delivery (which they botched) process be changed. c.) why they dont accept affidavits as proof of address when even the organs of state such as the traffic dept etc would accept those. d.) where to get the "co-inhabitation document" they said I could use. I pointed out to them that saying its a FICA requirement is all well and easy but why dont they apply it accross the board, why didnt I need it from the start and why didnt they ask for it when that` suddenly at their own discression changed.
The worst performing group of people gathered under one name in south africa, I have tried to call their offices, no one answers ever, all of their offices, the only one who answered some times was centurion, and the poor lady manning the phone could confirm people where there but could not get them to respond to my calls or to call me back... I drove to the Port Elizabeth office to find their "closed for covid reasons" I emailed every address available on their web page and two days later I still haven't had any responce, they are quick to direct you to their online registration site but when you try to open a new account you get stone walled by a message that tells you to wait for a confirmation email which never comes, no matter which email service you use. . . SAMSA requires us to have icasa radio station licenses forcour vessels but we can't get them because of icasa just being completely AWOL from the country!!! I have now yelled at by my employer because of ICASA's absolute disgusting lack of performance!
