They are ****mers. They stole R20500 from me by selling a **** pet and a **** transport via a special crate. I caught them when they mentioned stress vaccines and compression vaccines... The lady on the pet side will never accept a real time phone call or video call and will always send messages and pictures of the dog but not in real time. The man on the shipping side is Nigerian. He speaks in a way that you can't hear him, sounds sometimes Chinese. They will demand payment after payment, while promising transport by flight immediately. Beware!

I cant sing Global Paws praises enough. We had a complicated move from Cambodia to South Africa and Global Paws were diligent, communicative and most importantly kind while we worked through the legalities and health requirements of importing our two pups to South Africa. They arrived safe and sound and healthy as scheduled and we are incredibly appreciative of all the hard work and time that Nadine and the Global Paws team put into our pups relocation.

I cant sing Global Paws praises enough. We had a complicated move from Cambodia to South Africa and Global Paws were diligent, communicative and most importantly kind while we worked through the legalities and health requirements of importing our two pups to South Africa. They arrived safe and sound and healthy as scheduled and we are incredibly appreciative of all the hard work and time that Nadine and the Global Paws team put into our pups relocation.

They were perfectly happy to be good at their jobs and take my money until they were unable to fulfil the contract and couldn’t get my dog where she needed to go. Circumstances were beyond everyone’s control and I don’t blame them for the airline cancelling flights. What I DO blame them for is keeping R40,000 of the R53,000 I gave them, when they ABSOLUTELY did not do enough work to justify that. They claim the “bulk” of the cost is to the airline, who would have refunded them, so where is the rest of my money? I expected to pay the R5k nonrefundable deposit, R5k for the crate and comfort pack which they refuse to take back, R3k for cancellation fees from the original flight change which was my responsibility, and a R600 refund fee. So approximately R13-14k. Would have accepted R15k for extra costs involved in trying to get her on the plane. Under NO circumstances can they justify R40000!!! This is THEFT!

We have been tying, unsuccessfully, for a month now to get our dog from Ghana to South Africa. She has travelled all over the world, even to Nigeria, without any issues. This time, we decided to use GP to bring her back home. The service has been nothing short of dismal. They don’t seem to communicate with the agents sending her from Ghana. My wife is in a state as she has to constantly ask what’s going on. There is no communication. The dog’s blood has been at the airport for testing for almost two weeks. Apparently GP may not follow up with the state vet on when the bloods can be released. Who must do it then? Us? What do we pay them R19k for?? To complete a few forms?? This is, frankly, the worst service of any pet transport company ever.

If I could rate a ZERO, I would. GlobalPaw advertise and sells their pets for an amount that includes shipping to your house. After you paid the amount to them, then they come with excuses of having to pay extra for crates for the animals and so on. Once you start questioning them about this (after they already have your money for the pet), the excuses are never-ending. DO NOT buy animals from them, I REPEAT DO NOT. They end up blocking your number and you never hear from again. This is a **** people, be wary of them. I am in the process of engaging the SIU to open a theft and ***** case against them

Thank you to all the personal especially Monique and the handler (Natasha?) in Johannesburg who assisted us to send my son’s beloved cat Troy over to the UK. Their assistance, support and love didn’t go unnoticed by us who were highly stressed and concerned with the final paper work. You guys went the extra mile and we could leave Troy with you knowing that you are caring. It gave us so much peace. You guys/girls are so professional and know exactly how and what. Again thank you

Due to circumstances we had to ship Benji our JRT to the UK urgently. Global Paws obtained a booking with Swissair for 01 Dec We got the crate and calming collar l well in advance of his shipping. The collection, care of Benji a few days prior to the flight, tracking, etc was excellent. This includes the administration of his medication. We got videos and photos of Benji up to the point of his departure to the aircraft. We were informed of his arrival and delivery to our kids in the UK. Throughout to process Benji looked relaxed. Benji is relaxed and happy at our kids' UK home and settling in well. While it was a team effort to ship and care for Benji, we could like to mention Nuri Van Wyk who was assigned to us. Nuri was a reassuring star, responding promptly and thoroughly. Thank you Global Paws
