Unprofessional & disappointing
🤨😡😡😡😠😠😠 Very unprofessional & disappointing. I won two bids in a row without confirmation from STC. I had to call in two weeks later for feedback. I requested a refund on my bidding deposit one month later, my money is still not payed out to me till now. I had to drive by their offices in Benoni to escalate the matter but was given a very reactive & bad attitude by their staff. Do yourself some justice don't ever do business with this establishment.!!!!!!

Unprofessional & disappointing
🤨😡😡😡😠😠😠 Very unprofessional & disappointing. I won two bids in a row without confirmation from STC. I had to call in two weeks later for feedback. BE VERY CAUTIONS
Be very cautions when buying from this company. I bought a vehicle on the 30th August 2023 (was told 3weeks max waiting period) still no registration documents and Ive been Calling sending Emails no response, if i do get in contact they direct me to a different a person and the story goes on. Their doors are now closed for business in Cape Town. *********, Unprofessional and VERY dishonest.

Be very cautions when buying from this company. Go auction shld be honestly with customers ,i bought a car from fleet auction now its almost a month have no car papers no explanation why or whats the delay .Go auctions pls respond whts happening or u have to give me back my money you take ur car

I won a bid which was listed STC yesterday ,and was told i was gonna get confirmation by the end of the day.Unfortunately i call Go Auction to find out whats happening and unfortunately there wasnt a communicating from Go Auction to the seller of the car and then boom the lady telling me it seems the vehicle was declined ...no respond ,i ddnt offer a starting bidding price ,go auction did so why they refusing to sell the car to me or their is a sort of ***** or **** going on here

Disgusting and Bad Customer Service
I registered to bid for a car at Go Auctions and i had to pay a refunded deposit of R7000.00 which i did. Unfortunately i was not successful in the bid. I requested for the deposit to be refunded into my account. I have been calling almost everyday for my deposit and i have been told it will be paid. Next day they tell me they are waiting for the Director Daniel to sign of the papers. I have been speaking to Eleonor and Leandre, one day I'm told the director is in the meeting and will not be available to sign. This company is really disgusting and unprofessional towards its customers. In order for me to get my money back i have to drive to their office, that is not acceptable and not fair. I'm beyond disgusted with their behavior and response. Its been 7 working days where i have been calling everyday for my refund
