Cash withdrawal issue
So some of ya'll saw me writing abt having an issue with betway pay to card withdrawal last week,Today i am back again because am facing the same problem.I made a cash withdrawal of 5000 it ddnt came through i called to find out um told it failed at bank level ,I called the bank to find out if there was any attempt to load money on my card they confirmed no.So now i called and i asked if i can speak to the finance department betway ,an agent told me thy cant let me speak to them i will have to wait for they to try to reproccess the withdrawal again .i need my money its dec time we need to use that money

Yestersay on 28/10/24 Around 7.25 am i made a withdrawal of 2500 via betway to card ,and i ddnt recieve the money in my account ,and in the night i played aviator then i withdraw R2000 via betway to card then i got the money..So.now question is where is my money.i have been ****** twice by betway...can some come explain

Hi Been buying vehicles from Gobid with no issues ,But now i have issues.i am calling countless times to get answers regards my Vehicle registration papers on the previous car i bought .Apparently firstly i was told that my change of ownership is rejected so i need to send my visa ,i asked what will happen if i dont have the current visa .Noone got answers for me,the car its now fixed and its draining me i have paid for Repairs and service the car .My question is whats going to happen if i dont have the visa,Are you going to refund in full plus.Can someone from higher management .

Go auction shld be honestly with customers ,i bought a car from fleet auction now its almost a month have no car papers no explanation why or whats the delay .Go auctions pls respond whts happening or u have to give me back my money you take ur car

Atm Deposit failed ,no money return to me
I tried to deposit money into the account yesterday around 17.30 but the transaction was not unsuccessfull and the atm take our money ddnt return the money back to me.I called and i was told to go the the branch (Lakeside mall Absa Branch)i got here at 9.00 but the staff member telling me there is nothing there can do.i need that money asap i dont know if anyone or director of the bank interverne because my family is going to suffer i dont get my money back.my number is 0749943727 someone call me or ur branch in Benoni at lakeside mall

wrongly charged ..pmt honfee its scam fnb must takes us customers srsly..
pmt honfee scam....please why am wrongly charged for the transaction that i dnt know,i have emailed countless emails to the accounts department but they dnt want to take it off my account...what is this PMT HONFEE and its so annoying that i have put in red whenever i transfer my money in the account they will deduct. We are still under lockdown and fnb you are busy trying to rob us poor people
