Good day I wanted to find out how to complain about bottled water a certain brand called go zone I bought a 10 L I think it was a month ago and it smelt like paraffin or petrol and I went to pick and pay that’s where I bought it and pick and pay said that they will contact the goal zone owner in Polokwane and he came back to me he apologised and offered me a 10 L bottle and 24 500 mL bottles as compensation and today I have here a 5 L bottle that smells exactly like the 10 L bottle it smells like paraffin or petrol and I remember when I went to go pick up my compensation water one of the employee told me that the smell could be because of the ozonation Chemical or something like that I’m not sure but he said it’s not harmful or anything but for me it gives me a lot of gas and I’m bloated it makes me bloated and this is happening with the second batch of water that I have consumed from Gozone so I wanted to know how do I take this matter further how do I get compensated feather because it’s affecting my health as well I’m uncomfortable and bloated, I just want to find out what one should do when in such a situation and to see that I’m not just wasting my time on fighting this and I want to know if the chemical is deadly or harmful and what will happen to me as I have consumed a lot of water coming from Gozone. I don’t have any receipts my husband didn’t care to keep them because he didn’t know but like I said the first bottle I bought at pick and pay and they referred me directly to the Gozone owner in Polokwane and he did not dispute it at all and like I’m saying this is the second bottle my husband says he’s not sure where or when but if I do take it I think I’m going to try and take it back they know that this happened because they have said they’ve had this case about three years ago so it’s not the first time but it’s just that it’s never happened Since three years ago they don’t dispute owning the water it’s just that it’s a concern for me because it’s happening for the second time it doesn’t sit well with me, this bottle is like from 2 days ago, I hadn’t touched it since I’d send my son to pour me for water me and today I had to pour it myself as he is away, and subconsciously I just took a whiff at the bottle and yep it smelled the same way. And to be fair I have consumed their between these two incidents it wasn’t this bad I actually thought maybe it’s the smell of the packaging as it was not as strong in smell as the two I’m complaining about. So I guess I’m the unlucky one?????

Vicks tasting water
Hi there I’ve been buying your water a lot at pnp Mulbarton and lately every bottle (Which is a lot of bottles) tastes like Vicks vaporub after opening. I can bring it back to pnp Mulbarton and you can test it or smell and drink it. It’s disgusting! What is going on? Plus your email Address doesn’t work?

Vicks tasting water
Hi there I’ve been buying your water a lot at pnp Mulbarton and lately every bottle (Which is a lot of bottles) tastes like Vicks vaporub after opening. I can bring it back to pnp Mulbarton and you can test it or smell and drink it. It’s disgusting! What is going on? Plus your email Address doesn’t work?

Gozone Water Chillilane do not pay there invoices - my invoice for social media designs is still oustanding since August. They do not respond to emails and not even the Whatsapp I sent. Pathetic

I ordered water for my business a month ago and I have not received it. I pay the company in advance and then my order is processed. Now they company sends me a message telling me I have outstanding invoices. They haven’t delivered my water and the haven’t sent me the out standing invoices. My company is on hold because of all of this. I’m upset.

Gozone water Terrazzo Centre Florida glen - I just needed to put the word out there. The guy that works at this brunch , his service and spirit is outstanding. He greets you with a smile and speaks to you with the moat respect. He cleans out our bottles everytime to go to refill and he never forgets to mention their specials. He is a good salesman always trying to convince us to buy new bottles. On the other hand I also need to give credit to the store too . They store fresh and clean filtered water at an affordable price . Thanks guys .

Gozone Water PTY, Worst business people ever. As a previous owner of one of the Gozone Water Corp branches, the best move ever was to get rid of the business. No support and when they try to give support the calculations does not add up. And the list goes on!! For any person wanting to invest in water, please do your home work and research, find out by at least 10 franchisors operating longer than 4 years on breakeven and costing. There are much better water franchises to consider. Again the best decision I made was to get rid of our factory.

Excellent Service
Great service from the Rynfield branch in Benoni, Gauteng! I recently arrived at their business to find they had already closed, but then 2 ladies called out to me from their car and said they were coming back to open for me again! They saw me running across the parking lot with empty water bottles and they could easily have gone home, but they cheerfully came back to open up! Amazing!
