My application was declined as my salary is being paid into another bank account even though I have a Capitec account for twenty years and I sent all my payslips and documents. See attached. I find this a bit unfair. And the lady I spoke to the morning at about 9:30 was not very friendly and helpful. I’ve been trying for over a week with documents being sent back and forth. And this was a total waste of time. I would even like to cancel my Capitec account now as well as pay off my Ackermans and close it.
Disgusting the amount of chips in a packet! We buy the strip chips every week, and I always leave it when I see the ridiculous amount of chips in a bag, but this time, it was laughable. Not happy. Moving to Lays!
As per my previous review. Still not a credit or refund from takealot. They emailed me saying my account has been credited. Guess what. Nothing. On messenger they said: “ Hi, Thank you for your response. We are pleased to confirm that we have reissued your coupon to the value of the returned/cancelled product/s. While we understand that you would prefer a refund, regrettably we are unable to honour this request and have therefore, reissued the value of the affected product/s as a coupon.” I returned a hair straightener that is faulty within the time frame. They stole money from me by not giving me a full refund for a cancelled item as it held up my other order!!!!!! Who the hell can I speak to???? They do not care about their customers! As for their subscriptions. Pfffft. SHEIN delivers quicker than they do! Think about it. Million subscribers times R39????? They are robbing people! I want to get 94.7 involved and carte Blanche! A friend of mine ordered hot chocolate from Them. Maggots in there!!!! Health inspections need to be done and so help me if I don’t get a response soon and a full credit or refund I will report them and take legal action.
I ordered my month end groceries as I usually do. I’m on the takealot more subscription. Supposed to arrive next day. After a week, still nothing. I enquired and it was one item delaying it. I cancelled that specific item and still had to wait another three days. The item cancelled was R135. They credited me R35. No one can tell me why? Now, after the idiot I am, I ordered a hair straightener for my daughter from Them. It came and it is HORRIBLE! I requested a refund. They collected and concluded the return. And again! No credit to my account. No refund. This has all been over four and a half weeks now! They don’t reply and don’t get back to me. How can I take this further? There is no contact number? Even so small, I want to publish this everywhere and actually approach my attorney because how many times have this happened to people? I’m using Amazon from now on! SHEIN and Temu provide better service than this ********** company!

I am actually in shock. I purchased a sewing machine from Takealot. However when I received the item it looked like a child’s toy. Terrible, plastic and not worth the price. I opened the box, took machine out but didn’t even unwrap The cling wrap around it. Put it back and logged a return. I returned the item To the pick up point and they even took photos of the item. Now they refuse To refund me? Saying product Was not in original packaging. ??????. I will not accept This and I order a lot from Them as Do my friends and clients. This is not acceptable. I’m prepared to take this to an attorney and undergo an affidavit, lie detector Anything! My mom Passed Away recently and she wanted me to continue with dressmaking , I used money from My inheritance for This. My heart is shattered!
Hi there With regards to absa trust. We are not getting any feedback on emails Re my moms late estate. We don’t know who to contact anymore. We are waiting for a renunciation letter to be sent to our attorneys and not even the managers are responding to us. This is beyond ridiculous now. The call Centre simply doesn’t answer and none of our emails are being rep**** to.
Hi there I’ve been buying your water a lot at pnp Mulbarton and lately every bottle (Which is a lot of bottles) tastes like Vicks vaporub after opening. I can bring it back to pnp Mulbarton and you can test it or smell and drink it. It’s disgusting! What is going on? Plus your email Address doesn’t work?
I've had the pleasure of dealing with Kaylee Stephenson, she is a breath of fresh air! After speaking to a number of people at Angor, she was the only one efficient enough to go out of her way to assist me. She was friendly, quick and managed to assist me as soon as possible.
