I don't think customers are being taken seriously. My product delivery was delayed, and nothing was communicated. I emailed about the delay but received no reply or apology. The product is okay. Will I order again? Absolutely not.

I recently ordered from Hello Cool Designs South Africa, and while the product was good in the end, the journey to get there was less than ideal. It took nearly three and a half weeks for my order to arrive, which was longer than expected. Adding to the frustration, I received an email stating that my order was packed and on its way, only to receive another email shortly after saying it had been cancelled. When I reached out for clarification, I dealt with a representative named Lorna Sinclair, who provided very abrupt replies. Her response was simply, "I don't know why it said it's on its way when we haven't fulfilled it yet," without offering any further information or assistance. Overall, while the final product met my expectations, the customer service experience and the lengthy lead time left much to be desired.

Customer service is pathetic, you can send an email or a message to the whatsapp number and you won't receive any response. They have zero attention to detail, which is shocking because the entire business is based on personalizing items. You can't return any items because its personalized BUT they don't even bother to check if the personalization is correct before dispatching an item. AND even though they got it wrong they STILL HAVENT bothered to rectify the error. This is why I don't use local companies. SMH.

If I could give 0, it would be more accurate. I paid them R323 for custom decor items only to not include 3 items and have 1 item with the incorrect engraving. When I contacted them they said their helper gave the correct order and I misplaced it. Honestly **** business with even worse owners
