Customer service is pathetic, you can send an email or a message to the whatsapp number and you won't receive any response. They have zero attention to detail, which is shocking because the entire business is based on personalizing items. You can't return any items because its personalized BUT they don't even bother to check if the personalization is correct before dispatching an item. AND even though they got it wrong they STILL HAVENT bothered to rectify the error. This is why I don't use local companies. SMH.
The service for the online shopping sight is literally non-existent. Purchased something over 1000 Rand, did not even get a confirmation Ema.... No info about the order, cannot get my money back. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, you won't get the order or your money back.... Most likely a scam

Would give half a star if I could....As a vegetarian I order food and write very clearly in the notes NO MEAT and this is the second time I have paid an arm and a leg for food I cannot eat :( Service is pathetic, they will tell you that you did not write a note even if you did. Rather use Uber Eats, much more helpful and professional than Mr D.
If no stars was an option, that is what I would select. The service is worse than pathetic, turnaround time is non existent. My fibre hasn't been working for DAYS and there is no assistance /solution in sight :( I am terribly disappointed by the service at Accelerit and this is not the first time

<p>Clear-coat is a pathetic product. It is daylight robbery. My brand new phone is now cracked and dented everywhere. They sell lies for a living. Please do not think it will protect your phone in ANY way. And the very conveniently omit the fact that they will not ever refund you! I am disgusted truly :(</p>
Placed an order through Netflorist. Was told by them hours later that they do not have a florist in the area I chose for delivery and cannot assist, the refund was meant to show in 5-7 days. It has been 19 days (13 working days) later and still no refund. The excuse is that the accounts lady was on study leave. What kind of company cannot ensure that work still gets done when someone is on leave????? Why is an order able to be placed and paid for in an area where they do not deliver????? And how is that my problem? First the person whose birthday it is cannot get a gift because the money has been already paid to netflorist...then the money is not EVEN refunded! :/ I have to say I am very disappointed. I will never again place an order through this incompetent, inefficient, lackadaisical company again!
