It's a **** - don't go near them
**** - Quick to sell you, at high price, a defective machine and promise you warranties then completely disappear on you. I bought a washing machine from them that only lasted for 2 days. Since then I have been calling and sending whatsapp messages without any response from them. I asked a friend to call the same number and pretend to be a potential buyer. They answered very quickly and were eager to sell him a machine. When he told them he was actually calling on my behalf, they stopped taking his calls.

REPAIR OR REPLACE MY MACHINE BOUGHT FROM YOU
Bought a 13kg Whirlpool washing machine with 3 month warranty. I have had it now for 3 weeks and used it 8 times . Now the wash blade suddenly wont work and Global Appliance in Brits will not send someone to have a look or replace the machine. This is horrible service and very sly after i bought there a lady also warned me about this company. I want my machine fixed or replaces ASAP. The did not hesitate to take my money

REPAIR OR REPLACE MY MACHINE BOUGHT FROM YOU

Fantastic Service and good follow through communication
They are the Siemens/Bosch Agents in Somerset West and assisted me over the phone to get my Bosch Dishwasher reset after the appliance keep on tripping my earth leakage. JP gave me a solution and it worked perfectly 1st time I shall recommend this family business for your Siemens/Bosch repairs

Fraudsters!
This so called company are Fraudsters!! They fixed my microwave and gave me a 6 month guarantee but it broke again in less than a month and now he refuses to take my call or respond to my messages to come and repair it again!

FRAUDSTERS - DO NOT LET THEM INTO YOUR HOMES
Their so called technician broke the glass top of my Defy stove trying to open it as he was meant to investigate which plate was tripping my electricity. He promised to come back to fix it and that he ordered the part from Defy but its 4 months now and no word.
