**** - Quick to sell you, at high price, a defective machine and promise you warranties then completely disappear on you. I bought a washing machine from them that only lasted for 2 days. Since then I have been calling and sending whatsapp messages without any response from them. I asked a friend to call the same number and pretend to be a potential buyer. They answered very quickly and were eager to sell him a machine. When he told them he was actually calling on my behalf, they stopped taking his calls.
We bought three (2 x16L and 1 x 12L) Zero Appliances gas geysers in the last four months when we decided to convert to gas geysers in our rooms to avoid loadshedding. We have had endless issues with them since the start of winter. They cut right in the middle of a shower and bring in cold water without warning. Our guests suffered the trauma of having to endure cold water in the middle of a warm shower. Due to the nature of our business - Guesthouse, we couldn't even send them for repairs. To be honest I don't even think i want them repaired. We have since brought in another brand and we have had no problems since.
I spent the whole day looking for a Pick n Pay or Boxer which has Tyme bank machine to replace my card that has faded to no avail. My local PnP (Hartbee****rt)has the machine but it is all the time out of service. I then called their call center and they advised me to go to PnP Brits mall. Drove for 15km only to be told by the security guard at the door that their machine was long removed. Called the call center again and i was advised to go to PnP Brits town. I was given the same response by supervisor at PnP Brits that their machine was removed a while ago. I called the call center again - i really needed this card for online purchases. Once again i was advised to go to Boxer Brits. I honestly did not expect anything different at Boxer Brits. The security advised me that he has been turning a lot of people back who wanted to replace their cards because the machine has not been working for months. My only reason to take Tyme bank card when they had this huge drive to get customers, was to support a black bank. This is despite a warning from my wife not to be easily taken by mushroomers. I cant even tell her what i have gone through with Tyme bank. The last lady that i spoke to at the call center, took my cell number and promised to call me back when the machines are again available in Brits. So, in the meanwhile i must just wait - What a service.
I made an agreement with Osidon for accounting services. I did not see any value for our business in what they were offering. I the canceled the agreement on 24th May 2021 with the account manager/rep and also by email. The rep told me that I am obligated to serve a months notice which I agreed to and they made their deduction on 31s May 2021 for June month as a notice period. Just when I thought that my nightmare was over, I continued to get correspondence from them as if we had a relationship. I objected to them sending me emails of what documents were outstanding including informing me about change of managers as our relationship had ended. Needless to say I was ignored each time. This morning 30 June at 06h24, they made another deduction from our account. They are now forcing us into a relationship. This one is illegal and upsetting. I tried to call their offices - I first chose option 3 for accounts and the lady told me I must be transferred to sales. The phone rang at sales until it responded with "not available". I called again and this time took option 2 and after few rings it turned to "not available". I don't know what to do anymore as they don't respond to my mails either .

Placed my order on 19 May and received it on 03 June. By this time I am dead already of anxiety. Cant wait for 15 days for an online order as if it comes from overseas.
I ordered a 500ml milk jug online and I was supplied with a very big 3litre bowl - I called their call center , sent a complaint through whatsapp number given and sent email as well - no one can help me . So I am stuck with the bowl that I don't know what to do with. I will probably have to take it as a loss and move on. I cant spend too much time trying to force Mr Price home to do what is ethically expected of them .
I bought ikhokha card machine online two weeks ago. It took forever to reach me through Ram couriers because they (ikhokha/Ram) had the address wrong. It was first delivered to Standerton Mpumalanga vs Haartbee****rt North west. I finally received and started to use the machine. To my horror , i was not getting any money into the business account on the days they undertook to transfer it. When i called and told them that i had bought the machine online, the agents lost interest. A journey of pillar to post started When i finally got someone to help, they told me what sounded obvious and yet nobody told me about it "Sir, we cant pay over your card transactions until we receive your fica documents" she said. "Which fica documents" i asked. " I dont deal with fica documents and i am not sure which ones, so i will get someone from fica dept to call you" she responded. Needless to say nobody called and i then took my own initiative to send anything that i thought would a fica document. only then i had a call and email with a form to fill. I dully filled the form and emailed it back. I was still not getting any payments of the card transactions made and i was getting worried that i was not gonna get any money back. I then decided to go public on twitter and my problems were solved. SO, YOU BE THE JUDGE
