I have never come across a team of more *********** reps. I am a firm believer that incompetence filters from the top down, not the other way around. This company sells printing solutions that create more problems, and costing my business more money. Where do I start... Azhar Khan, and Lucille Solomons are the two individuals you will engage with the most. They are unprofessional and downright dismissible in my view. Firstly - Azhar does not understand the importance of giving customers a good experience and if you question it as a client, you are in the wrong??? Secondly - Lucille Solomons after advising her and their staff several occasions to collect their printing device has the nerve to tell me "I make her tired" with a tone I wouldn't use on any of our clients. Lastly - Never sign any agreement with Printer Rental, PERIOD! You aren't signing the agreement with them, on the contrary.. It is with SASFIN. By the time you realize this, you are due to make your first payment to SASFIN. NOT Printer Rental. This is what they do, once they close their deals they dissolve their responsibility to as a client. The individual in charge(MD/CEO) of this unruly business (PRINTER RENTAL) is Fawaaz Salegh.

The sales person, Azhar Kahn, made promises that he didn't keep. It is unacceptable. He explained the rental for a printer in the beginning, and gave me an amount, in the end, suddenly the service and toner, etc. on the rental was a separate amount to the rental (he told me everything was inclusive in the amount he gave me), plus installation costs, etc. Azhar Kahn didn't do his job in an honorable way, and wanted to tell me, he doesn't have the machine he promised at a lower amount, available at the moment, therefor it will be more per month. Seriously, try to think, before lying. Do you seriously think I'm stupid??! Please check before renting from them. www.printerrental.co.za

Shocking service from Cost PABX in Paarl. Please people be careful of signing contracts and rental agreements as we have had such a bad experience. Oxbow before them was even worse and there is no ombudsman or regulations that customers can turn to. The Banks like SASFIN were of no help as they are all in business together. Our story is one for Carte Blanche and it would take an entire episode!!

Shocking service from Cost PABX in Paarl. Please people be careful of signing contracts and rental agreements as we have had such a bad experience. Oxbow before them was even worse and there is no ombudsman or regulations that customers can turn to. The Banks like SASFIN were of no help as they are all in business together. Our story is one for Carte Blanche and it would take an entire episode!!

I had such a horrible experience with a company called printer rental putrid services and creating amounts that we were unaware of, this company has handed me over to debt collection with no warning or demand letters and not sure for what and in correct billing Romaana Van Reenen

We did a pest control service for them but they didn't pay us up until now.Names involved were Lucille Solomons and Barnaby.Emails are barnaby@printerrental.co.za lucille@printerrental.co.za and danielle@printerrental.We have all the communications on email and call records they just promise to call and send pop and they dont do anything.

After two weeks of technicians coming out to service their printer they said we should upgrade to higher model. After upgrade to higher model (C5240i) we still cant use all of the machine's features only printing. Complains all the way up to "MD" and the only advice he gave us was, and I quote "Just relax the technician is coming". The very best out of the whole experience they admitted they cant link Apple Mac book Air to all the features of the machine.
