They lost my luggage well over a month ago no communication at all threatened them online then they communicated that they found the luggage call every day and they promise to send it but never do..
Cancelled a booking I made for a 3rd party due to non Payment, although a non refundable booking was made and now they have taken the full payment The 3rd party had to find alternative accommodation last minute at a higher cost. Cannot get hold of a human to explain this to get it defunded - it was for 12 nights - so not a small amount
Roblox makes money off children unlawful purchase online- Apple.com are complicit in designing a system which does not notify parents of purchase on their accounts - only the child’s account - This is taking advantage of children
They have insurance for loss of income due to damage but they won’t pay out , just play dumb and send you to the back of the queue again.
Unprofessional handling of the billing quoting process. Unable to take clear instruction to quote before any extra costs are added to the bill. This company take advantage of their position as lawyers and make their money overcharging without consent of their clients - then pursue in court for extra fees.
Old mutual is unbelievably shocking! They make you jump through so many hoops to withdraw money that is rightfully yours. It’s a complete red tape scam operating under the guise of “security”. I intend to withdraw all my policies from them immediately. Terrible service online especially via email. Also waited on the phone for 45 minutes, and the consultant Told me they were not authorized to call me back. After all the years I’ve been with them and all the money I’ve invested.
I have been a member of the mashie course for 3 years - I was given no notice that it closed down. Found out the hard way. Fees have been deducted a month after it closed. I called to tell them to stop the deduction as it’s closed. They said they transferred my payment to Kenilworth driving range… no further explanation- I was not a member of a driving range ever before They have now deducted again. I called again- they said I need to send an email as it has to be in writing I did that Then they said they can’t refund the money because it wasn’t in writing. They had nothing from me in writing to move my payment from mashie golf course to a driving range in a different suburb… This is simply not legal by any stretch of the imagination. They will have done this to hundreds of x members without notice or permission.
On the expiry of a 2 year contract we wanted to terminate. They say we had to give 6 months notice before expiry - now we have another 2 years ... is this legal?
Been try to cancel an account for 3 months - the latest excuse is a new one - they want me to cancel my afrihost WiFi before canceling my line - how can they get away with this kind of rubbish??
