They are a bunch of *******. They NEVER return phone calls or reply on their WhatsApp line. I've been paying for years and I still owe basically the same?? How is this possible. I have requested statements numerous times to no avail. They didn't pay my creditors for months now, so I would like to know where my money is?? They obviously don't care about all the bad reviews. PLEASE don't get caught by these people.
Worst service ever. Imaaqah sends me a WhatsApp, to tell me to answer my phone. My phone blocks any spam calls, which I explained to him. He is unprofessional, rude and clueless. Stay away from these people. The turnover of employees are scary. You speak to someone different every time. In 4 years I have never received any statements and proper explanations on the process and where I currently stand with my debt situation.
And STILL Sanlam sends me emails — DIRECT MARKETING. Now I get emails from hello@sanlam.co.za after I asked Sanlam toe remove me from any and all emailing lists.
I have unsubscribed from their emails how many times!!! I never requested it in the first place. They are SÓ annoying!
If I could give a zero rating I would have. It have the same question. Does Facebook actually have human employees. My account was hacked about 2 weeks ago. I received that the email address on my account was changed, and they asked if it was me, and I said NO! They even hacked my cellphone number, so there is NO way I could log in again. They didn't respond to any emails I sent to them. When I try to log in, it says my account was taken off. I tried to make a new profile, which they suspended, because according to them, it goes against their community standards, and it seems to be linked to another account??!! And that my account was suspended for 180 days! Seriously??!! My daughter asked on Messenger who was on my account, and they said we must pay them R20 000 to get the account back. A lot of my friends reported my account as being hacked. Facebook does NOTHING!! So it seems that they are in cahoots with the ****mers, because the ****mers are the ones getting away with *****ing my personal data etc. and Facebook does absolutely nothing. This is a violation of my privacy.
The sales person, Azhar Kahn, made promises that he didn't keep. It is unacceptable. He explained the rental for a printer in the beginning, and gave me an amount, in the end, suddenly the service and toner, etc. on the rental was a separate amount to the rental (he told me everything was inclusive in the amount he gave me), plus installation costs, etc. Azhar Kahn didn't do his job in an honorable way, and wanted to tell me, he doesn't have the machine he promised at a lower amount, available at the moment, therefor it will be more per month. Seriously, try to think, before lying. Do you seriously think I'm stupid??! Please check before renting from them. www.printerrental.co.za
Worst experience ever! *********** admin staff at the office. We paid them to pack our belongings. Every single box was named "Clothing". When I collected my things from the storage unit a year later. I had so much loss and damage. I had books that is literally worth R1000's all damaged because of mold, due to water in the storage unit. Boxes were packed upside down. It was a complete disaster! Broken glass, name it.
I was billed a R380 per month for 12 months vs R90, that I was supposed to pay through my Discovery Vitality. That is R4560 for the year vs R1080 what is was supposed to be. That is R3480 too much. Just because the person that did my contract, ignored the fact that I have. Vitality. Virgin Active paid me R110 as a refund - SERIOUSLY??!! This is Virgin Active Red in Boksburg. The they still have the audacity to call me with a new offer, for a R150 per month. Something they do for all the members that cancelled. Ridiculous. All they do is shrug their shoulders, and say they are sorry that it happened. This is unacceptable.
If I could give no star, it would have been more accurate. Their after sales service are absolutely terrible. I have requested serviced records on my vehicle from them since the 10th of June 2024, until now, 13 July 2024. The only thing I received was empty promises, excuses and lies. The owner Malcom, blatantly ignored me, for more than a week, after promising me, that he will request the documents on the 10th of June 2024, thereafter, he just ignored me. Eventually on the 8th of July 2024, his wife answers me, and said that he doesn't work with the service records, which was not a problem. But then all the empty promises and lies. I have sold my vehicle, and the buyer is on my case for those records. This is TOTALLY unacceptable!
The Village Beyers Park, Boksburg is absolutely useless. We waited 1 hour 20 minutes for our food to arrive. They are literally 2km from where we stay. The food was cold!!! And their policy is, if the food is cold it's free - RIGHT??! We did however pay.
