These people did not make payments to my creditors, and I've been struggling to get ahold of them for weeks at a time, and when I do get in touch, the words "we wil escalate it and get back to you" are said to me, then nothing, this has been going on for 7 months now, wich has forced me to make other arrangements to pay my accounts that are in arrears because of them, they made promises, but did not live up to their word, DO NOT make use of them, the are ****s and will drag your name through mud, i made my payments to them every month, but do not get the service the promised, and there is no one higher up who is able to help you, they work with different branches over SA but no management or shall I say lack of management or head office, ****** and ****s and *****s, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, learn from my mistake

Do not trust this company. They are quick to take your money, but you can never get hold of them, all my debtors is constantly phoning and no one is negotiating anything with them like I was told Ldm is going to do, and trying to cancel their services is also one big hassle

Do not make use of this company at all!! They called me to offer their service but they already had all my details (who knows where they got it) I was busy at work so I asked them to send me through all the documentation and I will read through it and get back to them, next thing I know R4000 has been deducted from my account, I didn’t sign any documentation with them. Tried calling them like 80 times in 2 weeks and no answer at all! Absolutely disgusting!!

Do not make use of this company at all!! Worst service ever. Imaaqah sends me a WhatsApp, to tell me to answer my phone. My phone blocks any spam calls, which I explained to him. He is unprofessional, rude and clueless. Stay away from these people. The turnover of employees are scary. You speak to someone different every time. In 4 years I have never received any statements and proper explanations on the process and where I currently stand with my debt situation.

I signed up for LDM Services for removing the red flag after debt review cancellation last year. I paid since November 2023 debicheck a R1000 for 5 months, in total it was R5000. With the last payment LDM service provided me with a clearance certificate under the name Capital Consultant Centre. June this year a app**** at the bank for a loan but my application was declined due to the fact on the certificate was a creditor that was not even under debt review. I contact LDM Services per whatsapp and informed me the person that assisted me no longer working for them, this is the second time the person no longer working for them. Did I payed for my desperation to clear my name.

I signed up for LDM Services for their mediation services last year, shortly after I made a move to try and better my families life which did not work out and I was left unemployed and unable to pay for my mediation. I recently found employment but after being so long without an income and only working for half a month I did not receive enough salary wise to pay the mediation services. My salary was paid into my account and their debicheck went off immediately. I phoned my bank and asked them to reverse the order but because it was a debicheck they were unable to. I then phoned the service explaining the situation to which they asked me to send an email. I sent the email pleading for them to pay back the funds. Today I got a phone call and it was said that according to company policy they will not be doing the refund. I pleaded as everything depends on that money and the answer was still no. I asked what level of customer service they have as they have not phoned me once in the time asking why I have not made a payment to which they responded that they have thousands of customers and that they can not follow up with each one monthly. I mean its no problem for a banks to follow up and I am sure they have many more customers than these people. I mean there must be some situations that can rule out company policy or do people just not care until they have your money?
