Do not trust this company. They are quick to take your money, but you can never get hold of them, all my debtors is constantly phoning and no one is negotiating anything with them like I was told Ldm is going to do, and trying to cancel their services is also one big hassle
Vodacom Fibre sales is absolutely disappointing. We had fibre for a year now. To get a new installation takes a week to get existing support takes 30 days. We moved and everytime I contact them I get a new reference nr and then we have to wait 30 days to move the fibre to the new address, phone again a week later then its 30 days wait again. To move the fibre takes 30 days to cancel also takes 30 days. I paid my fibre for 2 months without any services.
I used the FNB Nav_car option to renew a car license disc and I paid on the 1st of October. Until now I have not received any response or my license disc. I phoned FNB several times and every time they give me the number of Road Protect who I also phoned several times and sent emails to, and all of a sudden Road Protect tells me that they are not a FNB service provider anymore. I have no idea what happened to my money. I had to take out my license with someone else.

Elzette Parsons from King Price phoned me in connection with car insurance, she made sure I understood everything, she really went the extra mile and she was really friendly. From the end of the month I will be insured with King Price.
I want to cancel this policy with immediate effect. I send an email I tried phoning with no luck. I told the rep that pay day is the 28th of each month, the order is put in for today. I dont need anyone to phone me and keep me occupied forever I just want it cancelled today.
