I bought a property in Umdloti KZN through Bonnie Stewart who goes under the Info Prop banner. Her commission for this deal was around R150000 yet she would not contact the seller to give me access to measure areas for furniture. When I pressed her on this issue she hung up in mid call and did not take my calls again. When the transfer went through she left the keys at security and simply sent a whatsapp message saying she had car trouble and could not meet me at the place for a handover. General attitude was bad and I would avoid her in future.

We purchased a property for our retirement in cash from estate agent Chris Keevy from Infoprop Herm**** in March 2016. After months of ongoing disputes and poblems between the agent an the transfer attorneys property was registered on 8 July 2016, but the EUA (parking and garden are to date still not registered). The agent misrepresnted the property by non disclosure of the following:1. Not disclosing that 5 of the 6 units are occupied by tennants2.DSTV not working(He paid for dish 4 months later)3.Our parking bay and garden not registered4.Not mentioning septic tank5.Not mentioning unit has a electricity sub meter(Electricity kwg VERY HIGH).If the agents disclosed all of the above like he should have,we would not of purchased the property.Just because an agent is old, does not make them honest!Beware retired folks when purchasing through Infoprop Herm****.

We rent a property 3 St Claire, Bergbron drive, Bergbron. from Infoprop. The property was in terrible condition. We NEVER received the signed contract, was promise to us but nothing was done. We moved out of there because we were waiting for some of the things to be repaired that we couldn't. Promises was made but nothing was done. We still waiting for our deposit money to be paid back to us. The day that my husband had a meeting with Ashley to hand over the keys she didn't come, he left the keys with the neighbor as he had to go back to Pongola. Hennie promised that the money will be paid in, but last night he told my husband he will take it up with his lawyer. I'm just sad that people can get away with this. This is hard earned money and we need to pay deposit for another place and need to tell the people we still waiting for our deposit. I don't have all the deposit slips, but did ask for it. Our rent was pay every month on time by my husband employer, they NEVER had to phone and ask for the money.

We get numerous phone calls to our home line for people looking for InfoProp. My husband has called them many times to complain and inform them that they need to correct the number online and they just ignore us. If they continue to refuse to correct it and we get more calls, I will answer those calls and do things that will affect their business. Change it and your attitude or else!!!

So I purchased a property in Centurion with an Estate agency called INFOPROP.

They are utterly incapable of doing much for you.

They sell around Amberfield and Midstream. The lady's name is Siphokazi as I feel a name and shame is the order of the day.

She thinks that a built in oven and microwave can be taken when a property is sold by the seller. I mean how did she even qualify to be an estate agent.

She was very aggressive with my wife and mother in law due to conflicts regarding issues not being fixed on the property. Always had to phone lawyers for updates as she was not really involved in anything.

So you have been warned, if you feel like alot of trouble...Give them a call.

I am not expecting a reply back, as they feel there attitude is correct.
