ABSA IS USELESS! THEY BLOCKED MY CHEQUE ACCOUNT AND AFTER 2 HOURS AT THE BANK ON MONDAY, NOTHING HAPPENS, THEN I GET TOLD ON TUESDAY THAT MY FUNDS WILL BE IN MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT BY WEDNESDAY AND NO SURPRISE, MY FUNDS ARE NOT IN MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT!! CAN'T GET HOLD OF ANYONE AT THE DEBT DEPARTMENT AND NO ONE CONTACTS YOU BACK! THANKS TO THIS, I HAVE NO MONEY FOR MY DEBIT ORDERS!!! IM REPORTING YOU TO THE BANKING OMBUDSMAN
Been waiting since Nov 2 for a letter from African bank stating that they can't return funds to me that I paid into a fraudulant account in October so that I can claim those funds from my insurer. I've sent them numerous emails to them and their fraud department, of which all emails seem to have just been deleted and ignored! I tried calling the fraud department only to be told that they don't take calls and everytime I call African bank, they have no records of any of my previous phone calls or emails with regards to this letter. They are delaying my claim for almost a month now and I'm super ****ed!! The most useless service and people working there!!! My email to the fraud department was sent to a Hendrik Sanders who also just ignores his emails and never comes back to me - its like he doesn't even exist!!! Have officially reported them to the ombudsman for banking services as well.
Dotsure consultants are rude & not even qualified to provide clients with assistance and on top of everything, they applying a 43% increase to our policy simply because of my cats age! Ridiculous!!! Petsure never did this!!!
I've been trying to obtain my statements from Foshini since last year September, yet every phonecall and email falls on deaf ears and no one at their offices seems to know what the hell is going on. I need an updated statement for the bank and yet everyone at Foshini is useless!!! I will be reporting Foshini to the Ombudsman for non-disclosure and failure to provide a client with her accounts which would enable her to pay the account. Foshini group are useless!!!
Been dealing with Taahirah Simons at Dotsure with regards to my policy with them and their service is outstanding. Taahirah always responds quickly and with the information I need. Very helpful and would recommend for sure!
Went to debtbusters to try and reduce my monthly costs on repayments and at no stage did they explain the process of cancellation to me. Had they done so, I would never have taken the service through them. Now to cancel it all is going to cost me thousands of rands, ridiculous!!!

I was told that a whole lot of things are included and when it came time to claim, suddenly all those things are excluded including the excess from my hospital bill that the medical aid doesn't pay. Gap cover is supposed to cover you when your medical aid doesn't pay your full hospital bill and then you don't have to pay it out of your pocket,but with Sirago, you pay for this so called cover and you get nothing in return! Fantastic waste of my time and money! Crap company to have any sort of cover with!! Want my premiums back.

Took out a loan with Nedbank almost two years ago and up until recently, there were no problems. From January, someone in their loans department chose to change my debit order to a weekly one even though I still get debited every month for the full amount and when i called in to complain and rectify this, they simply refunded me the amount and ignored my request to investigate and have a manager call me to resolve the issue. To date, i've spoken to them twice to reverse the weekly deductions, but no manager has come back to me and they still insist on debiting. I have since put a stop order against the weekly amount and have reported their department to the NCR for investigation. Be careful as there is someone in their loan department that is unlawfully, fraudulantly and without the client's consent changing the client's loans!!!
We get numerous phone calls to our home line for people looking for InfoProp. My husband has called them many times to complain and inform them that they need to correct the number online and they just ignore us. If they continue to refuse to correct it and we get more calls, I will answer those calls and do things that will affect their business. Change it and your attitude or else!!!
