I bought 6 whole chickens from the raisethorpe branch in pietermaritzburg for a function . I paid for extra basting at an additional cost on each chicken. I received the meals and all chicken was dry with hardly or no basting at all. I called the store to lay a complain. It's over 2 days since the last call with the manager and till now no one has called me to apologize. Please refrain from ordering with them for your functions to avoid disappointment
They are Unprofessional. The claims consultants do not know how to Deal With Claims. Submitted a claim with them, it's over a week now and we still going in circles.Please refrain from using them. I regret Insuring with them. They will always give u problems.
My claims consultant was fouden Collins. He is Someone who is always going out of his way to deliver customer satisfaction. Keep up the good work.
Unreliable and not professional. Their system had an issue and was double debiting my mom's account for her life policy. . They lapsed her policy twice for the fault being on their side. No apologies made neither do they call and notify you. Please refrain from insuring with them. There are other reputable companies out there waiting to do business professionally.
We are first time buyers. The sales agent mislead us. I would not recommend them to anyone in the near future when purchasing a property
They take forever to settle claims. No calls or communication is made to clients. You need to keep calling them. Their service provider Silvex takes longer than the stipulated time frame to hand over damage reports. My mom is a pensioner and she needs to go through all of this. Really Poor and pathetic Service.
I keep calling into the call center and no manager is available to assist me. I asked for my contract to be canceled 6 months back. I'm still waiting. Can I please get higher management to call me. 0817751004
The consultant from mondo mtn contacted me to take out a contract. He mislead me with false information. I asked for the contract to be canceled from last year. Everytime I call the call center and ask for a manager they drop the line on me. Please refrain from dealing with these call centers
The customer service is pathetic. They don't contact you. Still waiting for them to call me and pick up my the equipment. Over 1 month now
