Inverter Warehouse is highly recommended
I recently decided to install solar power at my residence. Online searching showed that Inverter Warehouse prices were very competitive and I ordered a Growatt inverter. The order was delivered as promised and on-time. Within a month I ordered an additional inverter, 8 solar panels and mounting hardware. All items were delivered on-time. All products are working as expected and I am very satisfied with the outcome. At all times the staff at Inverter Warehouse have been pleasant work with and the delivery driver and assistants were efficient and friendly. I will certainly order from Inverter Warehouse again and I will recommend them to anyone.

Inverter Warehouse is highly recommended

Inverter warehouse - NO ONE GIVES A **** OR HAS NO IDEA.
Well. I had purchased over R150 000 worth of equipment. When I wanted to get some technical information no one was available. They said the Gary will call me. I waited an hour and no call back. Then I called them again, asking for information. I was then told That they will call me. About an hour I called again and got really frustrated with the lady and asked that someone call me back if not I will take this equipment off and return it. Later Karel gives me a call. I requested the information and he had no clue how to help me. So now he calls other people to do his job for him. I waited 3 hours and then Karel attempted to help. He knows nothing about RS485 networks not can networks. Then I ask Karel for the technical information that I need to make a crimp plug, because the information is not in the manual. He then gets back to me a day later, sends me videos with about the product. Not remotely related to my technical question. I then ask him again . He seems to be preoccupied with something else than the work at hand. The weekend goes by and I text him again, to remind him that I am still waiting. Now this guy comes with an attitude telling me the client that I am being rude. They kept me waiting, 2 hours, he kept me waiting 3 hours and then another 3-4 days. And I have no right to be upset with the level of service? He is the technical guy, why must he call someone else to figure out his job for him? Also I only requested the pin out diagram for the product they are selling and he should have all these diagrams on hand. If you buy a product like an IO card or an IC, you get a basic drawing, pin 1 is + and pin 8 is Ground, 2-7 is programmable inputs or outputs with a 20mA driver. Then you know right, 20mA on 12v I can use only a led light with a 1K resistor. input, 12v input trigger with 1K resistor. I tried several times to contact Gary the owner. No one seems to give a ****. The office lady gets upset when you get frustrated and talk a bit loud. I was ignored, it has been more than a week now, trying to talk to Gary and Gary also does not get back to me.

Worst customer experince @Inverter Warehouse do not go there and expect good service.
l am looking into installing a solar system at our place. My uncle referred us to go to Inverter warehouse in Herman Street close to the Airport side. As a customer who didn't want to waste time l had gotten Quotes from 3 other companies before this one. So before l went l thought l would give them a call and give them all l want before l actually go out to Inverter Warehouse. l called the company more than 6 times as l was trying the option 1 for Sales but with no luck l decided to press option 2 for accounts so that they can take my details and pass on to the sales persons. The whole day went by even the next day went by then l called again left my details with the accounts even left my cell and email but nothing happened. So after 48hours of no luck l thought it might be better if l go out there so they attend to me. So upon arrival there at the counter the Sales guy was on his mobile phone on a call. There was another gentleman in front of me so after minutes of waiting l asked him how long he had been waiting for he told me. There was another Sales person helping that man. The sales person left at the counter was still on their mobile after about 5- 8 minutes of waiting the Sales person not acknowledging that there is some people in front of him. Someone started welding in the back of which it made a big noise so the Sales man whose name is Karel got up looked through some window to check who was making noise l am sure coz after that he went to the back whilst still on his call. So the Karel the Sales man returns from the back his call now over. He sits asks how he can help no hello nothing. l now told him how l have been trying to get a quote for the past 2 days and how l never got a call back from any sales person despite the lady from accounts taking my details before l could finish telling him he said " look l do not want to argue with you so lets not waste time and just tell me what you want" . Feeling like we are not on the same page he says to me do you want me to help you or not then l just continued to the quote l actually wanted. Just after getting the quote with such bad attitude from Karel l was so furious l decided to go upstairs to let his mangers know. So l went upstairs where l saw 2 ladies the old lady on my right. l went sat at her desk started telling her how unhappy l was with Karel. l told her everything then l said look l am here to give you guys business but l am not happy with how l have been treated by Karel so should l continue talking to you guys or l must look for another company before l could even finish the above a white gentlemen walks at a desk to my left before he could even sit down he said to me " Please take your business somewhere else as we are busy, short staffed and we do not have stock" in a very rude way then the lady says sorry that is my Boss he is the owner of the business. l just left at that point. The attitude from Karel and his Boss is so bad l am not sure if it is because l am a black male. Their whole attitude and how they talk to you makes you feel so tiny and little. l was there to pay after getting the quote but after me getting told to leave and take my business somewhere l felt its better leave. sales@siwsa.co.za
