Firstly, I had two of my personal vehicles with Netstar trackers. So far so average. I then sold one vehicle to my company in August 2024 and asked Netstar to move that vehicle to the company account. Despite several emails, and responses that the transfer would happen, the vehicle is still on my account. Secondly, Netstar just called me as our Fleet manager and tried to sell me the Netstar trackers for my company vehicles - even though we are an existing client. Netstar's service is poor and their administration is a mess
We have used Lekkeslaap twice in a few months and both times the bookings went well with no problems with payments or the venues.
Our old pool cover had been torn by our dogs but had perished in places so we needed it replaced. Armand (of Perfect Stitch Canvas) collected the old cover, quoted, manufactured and installed the new cover. The quote was about what I was expecting (cover only as our poles & straps were still good), the turn around time was good and Armand was professional in all aspects. The cover fits perfectly.
I just sold my car through Weelee and the experience was smooth. Heinrich viewed the car and offered a price (above WBC). The contract and change of ownership weres done and signed there and then, the money in my account within minutes and he drove the car away. Could not have been simpler. I will be calling Weelee again for my next car sale.
Tried to book my car for a service. I completed their on-line form twice in a week, No response. I emailed midrand@group1mahindra.co.za No response. I eventually phoned them but had to wait a long time for the phone to be answered. I just hope they service their vehicle better their on-line service.
Bought another car from the Midrstream Branch yesterday. Axl Louw was very helpful right throughout the process and the sale went without a hitch. In and out including a test drive in about 90 minutes. My only gripe is the time taken to invoice. After signing all the documents, we probably had to wait 20-30 minutes before the invoice was generated and the vehicle could be released. So that's something WBC could look at. Otherwise, a great experience.
We have used Key Moves three times in the past 8 months to send furniture and other items from Centurion to the Western Cape. All three times the staff were friendly and professional with the booking, the collection and the delivery. The drivers arrived on time and were efficient in loading and unloading the truck. We were kept informed and the drivers called before hand to confirm collection and delivery times. All times our furniture arrived in the same condition it left us. I have given Key Moves a 5 star rating and I highly recommend them. Should the need arise, we will definitely be using them again,
At the end of December 2022 Domains deleted our entire company email account. Then they were closed with basically zero support until 03 Jan when I was finally able to talk to someone find out thee problem. Even after they had restored everything we still couldn't log on because they'hadn't pointed the DNS correctly. What a bunch of amateur! Their website proclaims "WE DELIVER. You are our priority." Obviously not if they close their support on public holidays. NEWSFLASH the internet does not take holidays!!!
I purchased a vehicle on auction last week and collected it on Monday. I was told that the Tax Invoice had been sent via email, but it has still not been received. Three emails this week have gone unanswered, and getting anyone to answer the phone is like waiting for Eskom to end load shedding.
Purchased a vehicle on auction from WBC George and got a quote for delivery to Midstream. The price was right but the lead time was too long so we arranged collection. I needed the sale to be in my companies name so I completed the documentation and sent it to the branch. We collected a few days later and no paper work had been done and we had to wait for 4 hours for them to process everything.
