I recieved a coupon. I used the coupon. This morning the invoice came and the coupon was not used. I paid the full amount. I would not trust this company. I seldom used uber eats. But this is just a confirmation not to trust them.
We run a small business. The business card has expired 31/01/2024. We contacted Nedbank to sort out the card. Mrs Mokhwelepa, H assisted us, however to this day nothing has been sorted out. 10 day old emails do not get answered. Excuses that she forgot, ok you forgot. Fix it. Nothing has been fixed. It has been such a frustration working Mokhwelepa, H, for 26 days and Nedbank knowing that the card expires 31/01/2024 in January did not order a replacement card untill we contacted them. Now we are waiting for the card. 26 days now. Where do we draw the line?
We have a small business. Our card has expired the 31 January 2024. We have contacted Nedbank to sort this out. To this day Mrs H HazelMok, has not sent my business bank card. I am using my personal credit card in the mean time and its costing me thousands that I can not afford. For 26 days Mrs H HazelMok could not do her job. How much longer should bad service be tolerated? Where do we draw the line? The last email that I sent was 16th Feb 2024 and was not returned since.
We got disconnected, within a day of receiving a letter. The law states that we have 7 days to pay. This is on a farm, communication is crucial. No chance to remedy the situation. I do not recommend them if you have crucial communication. I spoke to technical support, he put the phone down in my ear whilst talking to him. He was not helpful at all.
I got a policy with dotsure. Nice, right then after a year they updated my policy to total loss. Meaning that not paint, or windscreen or accidental dents are covered. What did these people do, just sent me an email with a new policy. Last month I cancelled the policy, what did they do, not their jobs apparently. The debit went through and they bypassed my debicheck. Nice company. When I called they are in a meeting, they will get back to me.
Well. I had purchased over R150 000 worth of equipment. When I wanted to get some technical information no one was available. They said the Gary will call me. I waited an hour and no call back. Then I called them again, asking for information. I was then told That they will call me. About an hour I called again and got really frustrated with the lady and asked that someone call me back if not I will take this equipment off and return it. Later Karel gives me a call. I requested the information and he had no clue how to help me. So now he calls other people to do his job for him. I waited 3 hours and then Karel attempted to help. He knows nothing about RS485 networks not can networks. Then I ask Karel for the technical information that I need to make a crimp plug, because the information is not in the manual. He then gets back to me a day later, sends me videos with about the product. Not remotely related to my technical question. I then ask him again . He seems to be preoccupied with something else than the work at hand. The weekend goes by and I text him again, to remind him that I am still waiting. Now this guy comes with an attitude telling me the client that I am being rude. They kept me waiting, 2 hours, he kept me waiting 3 hours and then another 3-4 days. And I have no right to be upset with the level of service? He is the technical guy, why must he call someone else to figure out his job for him? Also I only requested the pin out diagram for the product they are selling and he should have all these diagrams on hand. If you buy a product like an IO card or an IC, you get a basic drawing, pin 1 is + and pin 8 is Ground, 2-7 is programmable inputs or outputs with a 20mA driver. Then you know right, 20mA on 12v I can use only a led light with a 1K resistor. input, 12v input trigger with 1K resistor. I tried several times to contact Gary the owner. No one seems to give a ****. The office lady gets upset when you get frustrated and talk a bit loud. I was ignored, it has been more than a week now, trying to talk to Gary and Gary also does not get back to me.
Worst service I ever received. People at the help desk not helping. Giving me the run around a for the last 8 days. I am so disappointed, I cant believe I recommended paypal for may people. PAYPAL DONT USE THEM. Trying to steal my money.
I have bought a new lenovo laptop from evetech. The description clearly states a 3 year on site warranty from lenovo. I registered my laptop for the warranty and it stated only 1 year warranty. I contacted lenovo. They stated I need a extended warranty coupon and use it within 30 days of the laptop purchase. Evetech has not given me the coupon and states that pinnacle has my warranty. Pinnacle is the service centre and they are'n Lenovo. The description clearly states 3 year on site Lenovo warranty. As far as Lenovo is comcerned I have a 1 year warranty How many people have they conned like this?
<p>It has been more than 2 years since i had last accessed my hsbc bank account. We have had numerous phone calls. After verifying me several times I cannot reset my security questions nor can I reset my account details. They call out of the blue then I need to be at a computer. When I am driving or at a client. I have asked to be called at a certain date ant time, no one called. I wanted to close my account and asked for the paper work to be forwarded, nothing happened. I don't live in the uk any more so I get ignored. Thanks for the great service. Much apreciated. Prefer email correspondence. </p>
Colecting a pay cheque are we? Do you have a job to do? I have made all my payments and still I do not receive a service. How would you feel if you weren't getting your moneys worth of service? Yes. Exactly my point. Easy to complain if you aren't satisfied but when it comes to others. You just don't care. Great crap service from telkom as always. You never fail to dissappoint. I have been waiting 4 months for a results, I don't get service nor feedback.
