I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent service failure. I have always been pleased with Megan Germishuizen's support. However, when she was hospitalized during a time of crisis for me, the service broke down completely. All two-way communication stopped, and my policy was abruptly cancelled without warning or discussion. The lack of a backup plan to ensure service continuity is unacceptable and has left me in a difficult position.
We have a fleet of cars under Mechanical warranty protection with Dotsure. The last claim was dealt with by Awonke Magadla. We want to give her 10/10 for an excellent, professional job well done. It was a good experience.
As our company prepares to move into the Financial Service Provider (FSP) environment, it became essential for me to obtain the RE5 qualification. I sought assistance and decided to enroll with RE5 Online, which initially seemed like a solid option. I signed up using my official email address. But the moment they discovered who I work for, their attitude shifted dramatically. They turned hostile and flat-out refused to allow me to continue because, apparently, I work for the so-called “Opposition.” This blatant ************** is utterly infuriating and unprofessional. My two-day seminar was supposed to start on the 3rd and 4th of October. Not having all the funds immediately available, I arranged payment through Payflex on the 1st of October. Despite having proof of payment, they disputed it. My employer then had to rush and settle the payment on the 2nd. Now, to top off their undesired, unprofessional behavior, there's a dispute over returning the overpayment. Meanwhile, my next installment is due tomorrow, adding even more unnecessary stress. We were taught that FSP representatives must uphold values like honesty and integrity. Yet, these are the very principles they preach but fail to practice themselves. This entire ordeal has been nothing but a source of immense stress from start to finish.
I do not know about claims experience, have not been in such a position yet. I suppose when the time comes and murphy's law being active, we will find ourselves there some time or the other - it will be a breeze! We have Hollard as underwriters for our insurances at work and have had no hassle ever!
Ek was so opgewonde om op die plek af te kom. Hulle het alles gehad wat ek wou hê! Ek het dadelik bestel 'n kwotasie gekry en betaal. En toe val die wiele af! Die ge-kwoteerde 'DC 2P Battery Disconnect Box' is toe nie in voorraad nie, hulle sal sommer 'n DC 3P Battery Disconnect Box lewer! Ge 'Invoice' en die werke. Ek het gebel en probeer maar die dames aldaar is nie juis gebruikers vriendelik nie. Ek het nou gevra vir 'n terug betaling maar weet nie hoe lank hulle daarmee gaan sloer nie.
I have been with Axxess.co.za, for many years and suddenly they went bonkers! They started to debit my account left right and center! 6 x R500.00; 1 x R50.00; and 1 x R75.00. I have canceled my service and am moving to Afrihost. What a lot of Chancers and Lo-Lifes!
I dealt with Kyle April this morning and had the opportunity to straighten our policy out and add to it. Good old-fashioned proper service received down to the last dot! Well done!
I ordered a Lenovo Yoga tablet (DS427719), on 22nd October 2022. Out pop a notification stating I can get 15% discount, how do I apply it, I couldn't. On the 13th of September 2021, I ordered a couple of switches in the amount of R510.00. Wednesday I looked at my order status and it said 'They are still picking up the stuff in preparation. This morning after noticing the same status, I phoned again. After an inquiry by Ms. Proud Maluleka, I was notified that they will only send my parcel on Monday? I just want to say congrats to this poor girl who went out of her way to try and accommodate me. She persuaded me not to cancel, initiated a ticket, and now I got an email stating that my parcel has been picked up! There are still no tracking details? But I suppose I will give them the benefit of the doubt for now?
Monique Basson is the BEST! She deserves ALL the Accolades mentioned and more! We need to clone her and fill the call center with her doubles? Pitty, being so popular she has become unavailable. Poor us outsiders are left stuck with individuals that earn a salary! So very sad!
