Delivered someone’s car disc to me (I’ve never arranged with them)
I received someone else’s car disc renewal which I never app**** for in the first place. The most worrying thing is that you guys have my full workplace details (address) and cell number which I never shared with you. How did you get them? Now, the frustrating part is that your contact number does not go through, it goes straight to voicemail for reception option and completely cuts off for other options. It will help if you can call me and arrange to collect the poor woman’s disc.

Such unprofessional service
I applied for my license renewal through IOX (Outsurance) in August this year prior to it expiring at the end of the month. They sent me a quote and I paid the required amount. By the end of September, I still hadn't received anything and made contact with them via mail. They then came back with a top-up payment I had to make because they under quoted. I refused to pay the top-up amount and to date I still haven't received my license disc. their service is shocking and so unprofessional. How is Outsurance affiliated to these guys?

IOX Car Licence disc
I ordered and paid for my car licence disc renewal on 4 August and to date have not received it. Many calls to IOX fleet without success and I've spoken to Natasha many times who doesn't call back, she refers to her manager Jacques who also is never available and all emails go unanswered. I did this through Outsurance so have now left a message for Outsurance to call me back as I feel they need to intervene. I'm appalled by the lack of service from IOX and shocked that Outsurance would partner with such an unscrupulous "courier service". Wondering now if I'll ever see that money again or the car licence disc....

I did my vehicle license renewal through IOX fleet services which is supposed to take up to 10 working days. 15 working days later and I get ZERO response from them. I've phoned multiple times and spoke to Natahsa, who promised every time to call me back and to this moment I've not received any feedback whatsoever. They don't respond to emails either. Im so disappointed and I'm just praying to God I can get my money back. I did this through outsurance so please reconsider if that's something you want to do. Just do it yourself or find a trusting company to help.
