When I took out the policy, the consultant told me I could claim every month for small scratch & dent repairs. When I eventually put in a claim in August, it took them 2 months to come back to me and to tell me they don't have anyone willing to do the small repairs. Eventually I was told to get my own quotes and that they mustn't exceed R3000. This is now almost November and the claim still hasn't been finalized. What disgraceful service, how can MFC contract to these losers????
I applied for my license renewal through IOX (Outsurance) in August this year prior to it expiring at the end of the month. They sent me a quote and I paid the required amount. By the end of September, I still hadn't received anything and made contact with them via mail. They then came back with a top-up payment I had to make because they under quoted. I refused to pay the top-up amount and to date I still haven't received my license disc. their service is shocking and so unprofessional. How is Outsurance affiliated to these guys?
What a complete bunch of deceptive *****s the sales consultants are at Vodacom.
I bought an ipad from Incredible Connect some years back, Apple istore didn't exisit at that time. I have purchased a number of Apple products from the istore over last few years. I wanted the technician to do a reset of the ipad beacuse I have forgotten the passcode. They said they wouldn't do it as I didn't purchase the ipad from them unless I pay a fee of R200. This is unacceptable service given the prices we pay for their products.
Had to send my golf cart down to George from PE for a cable repair. I sent it with a friend on the weekend and it was dropped there on Monday morning. The cart was repaired and sent back to PE by Wednesday afternoon. No costs were incurred and the service was outstanding. Thank you Golfers Club- George.
I booked a flight for my son to travel from PE to Joburg in order for him to connect to his international flight. The airline was British Airways but they seized to operate from early July. I booked the flight and paid for it on 9th July. Travelstart must have known that BA flights were suspended but they still confirmed the flight and took my money. When arriving at PE airport for his flight there wasn't one so all his connecting flights needed to be cancelled. They said that they notified me of the cancellation 3 days before the flight, what could have have done with 3 days notice? All his flights needed to be re-booked and repaid in order for him to get back to University on time. This service is utterly shocking and I will never use them again. Notice of refund has been given but it is such a little that it hasn't even impacted on the news costs.
