Disgraceful Service
When I took out the policy, the consultant told me I could claim every month for small scratch & dent repairs. When I eventually put in a claim in August, it took them 2 months to come back to me and to tell me they don't have anyone willing to do the small repairs. Eventually I was told to get my own quotes and that they mustn't exceed R3000. This is now almost November and the claim still hasn't been finalized. What disgraceful service, how can MFC contract to these losers????

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BY MY AUTOCARE
I submitted a claim on 12 August 2024. Seeing that there was not response from their side, I decided to call today and spoke to a lady called Keke or Dieketseng (not sure). She informed me that she would try and find out how far my claim was and would call me back. After an hour of not receiving a call back from her, I decided to call again and she informed me that my phone was cutting. I put the phone down and called again and this time around her colleague Kendal answered the phone and said she asked for my name and said she would give Keke the message . I then requested to speak to the manager and was informed that Keke is the manager. I then requested to speak to someone higher than Keke and she informed me that it is Mr Valentino and she is not allowed to give me his e-mail address. I got irritated and raised my voice because I couldn't understand how a manager's e-mail address could be a top secret. She informed me that she didn't appreciate my attitude. I then put my phone down. Immediately, I received a call from Keke who told me that "I SHOULD MAKE IT MAKE SENSE TO HER WHY SHE SHOULD CALL ME IF SHE DOESNT HAVE FEEDBACK."

Horrible experience with myautocare....!!!
I would want to warn everyone against this ******* of insurance, I logged a car for a car bumper scratch on monday, they did not came back to me till i phoned them only to give me excuses about the scratch saying its not clearer and after I've tried zooming out the pictures they saying they can't assist. Tiffany has ignored my emails and not responding after i have requested them to do a physical assessment

I would like to warn anyone who wish to sign up with this company. I had a contract with this company since January 2023. Firstly I didnt get the car which was shown to me on pictures.(Records kept on my phone) Secondly, 2 different tyres on the car and so many faults, Thirdly and lastly, they claimed additional fuel and when I query it, they send me the tracker company which clearly shown they amount of Km travelled, yet they proceeded to claim almost 1000km more from me. I can not express my disappointment from a company who ***** from their customers. I have opened a case at the hawks and I will proceed accordingly. Come and collect your car or I will leave it in the streets.!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks

They took care of my needs when I needed a car. I couldn't qualify for bank finance. The agent was very patient, I am so sorry if forgot his name (tall, light-skinned with a beard) we've returned and will be going back soon to get a car on finance. They will help you when the bank can not.
