I have heard a lot of bad stories about innovation group. And I doubted the Group before I could even join it in 2021. I have been with the group since 2021 and I don’t even regret taking a warranty plan with them. They have been good ever since. What I have noticed is that as long as your claim is legit, they don’t try to find an excuse not to help you. I have had several claims with them and their turnaround time to get the feedback is out of this world. In all claims I had with them, it took a maximum of todays to get the feedback. Keep it up Fam! You are the best. I will keep on recommending you to family and friends!.
My experience with Regent Business School has been a sour pill to swallow in 6 months. For me to get my assignments feedback or results I had to call and kept been lied to. Takes way over for a student to get the results. The most horrible one. I have recently been told that I have submitted incorrect script(exam) therefore I have to do supplementary. I have asked for school to share the incorrect script that they are saying I have submitted. I was told NO they are not allowed to share the incorrect script. What kind of BS! Is this ?. Because I am 100% sure that I have submitted the correct script for my exam. I double checked before I submit my script. They are indirectly saying I have to take whatever BS! they are telling me. That I must pay 400 to rewrite. But yet they can’t share incorrect script received. Please you must understand that you cannot just say incorrect script was submitted therefore I must rewrite without even proving that you have received incorrect script while I know exactly that I have submitted the correct script. I would like you to share the incorrect script that you received?. We can’t just pay money just because you feel that you have the right to tell us to do so.
I was assisted by the sales man Benjamin. His warm welcome on the first day I visited their branch in Gezina was out of this world. His service was excellent and he explained everything I wanted to know. The chap is good in dealing with clients.
Below it is just the few emails out of 100's emails i have sent regarding my parcel. 6 Months later still no resolution to my refund after they have told me it has been processed several time. I have just made up a follow up today and the response that i get is no different to all their previous mail. I have decided that i will settle what is due from me and they will settle the difference. I* am going to close the account. TFG is rendering a very pathetic service ever.
