To Whom it May Concern, Mweb, I have changed my services to you for a reason and that is because I dont get any support from another service provider. NOW, Its the same experience at your company. I bought a modem and fibre line but I can not connect. Its now the second month Im waiting for someone to help me activate the damn thing. With everything I have to wait for 40minutes on the line and when I finally get to the department to assist me, the line get cut off. WHAT THE HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. If this is not sorted by mid week, you can cancel your service and collect your modem. Im fedup now. Acc no:63448267
I would like to warn anyone who wish to sign up with this company. I had a contract with this company since January 2023. Firstly I didnt get the car which was shown to me on pictures.(Records kept on my phone) Secondly, 2 different tyres on the car and so many faults, Thirdly and lastly, they claimed additional fuel and when I query it, they send me the tracker company which clearly shown they amount of Km travelled, yet they proceeded to claim almost 1000km more from me. I can not express my disappointment from a company who ***** from their customers. I have opened a case at the hawks and I will proceed accordingly. Come and collect your car or I will leave it in the streets.!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks
Hi, I would like to share my experience here and hopefully warn/help others not to fall into the same trap. My company have delivered Consulting Engineering services to above mentioned company. After approval, The Owner just disappeared with our outstanding 50%. We have tracked down other suppliers as well. We have also appointed a private investigator and got full details of owners and previous/resigned directors. We take this matters to court now. Thank you
Good day, My problem started with this company when I first signed for the vehicle, because the vehicle I signed for is NOT the vehicle which was advertised to me. When I received the vehicle, there was so many mistakes on it. After 3 weeks, unfortunately I was in a accident. Now, 5 weeks later and numerous promises on dates, Im still waiting on my car. I must pay in R12 000 excessive fees, but yet I dont have my car. Im going to the papers and not going to leave it here. VERY POOR service.
Its now for almost a week where Im trying to get hold of someone to cancel my contract. For a year long I paidy installments on time, but they cant act on my mails or whatzapp to at least cancely contract. I will proceed with the necessary legal action.
Good day, I have cancelled my phoned to cancelled my membership and the consultants said that she have submitted the request. Its now a month later and yet I haven`t received and confirmation. Im very disappointed in the service.
