I would want to warn everyone against this ******* of insurance, I logged a car for a car bumper scratch on monday, they did not came back to me till i phoned them only to give me excuses about the scratch saying its not clearer and after I've tried zooming out the pictures they saying they can't assist. Tiffany has ignored my emails and not responding after i have requested them to do a physical assessment
Horrific experience, I placed a claim for tyres and rims, Remon Maharaj who is the assistant has been rude and requesting that I resend everything everytime I make a follow-up. I placed a claim with the aid of their recommended partners Tyremat and we did everything according to their initial claim form they sent me.
I bought a restonic Symphony 152CM base S last week Friday via OK Furniture Tembisa Mall, the Mattress corner is torned-up and I wonder if it was ever a new unit. OK Furniture Tembisa Mall refuses to make a replacement. So sad that Restonic and OK Furniture are pushing their damaged unit out to make profit
I bought a restonic bed to my surprise the corner of mattress is torn-up and the store manager at Tembisa Mall told me that is my bed and I should figure out what to do with it as they can not push back to supply. The bed is still wrapped up the way I bought it.
