I was in an accident earlier this year. My Audi got hit on the right front, damaging my front fender and bumper, and my bonnet needed to be realigned. When I received my vehicle I noticed that the bonnet shock was broken. I took it back to the repair centre and they refused to replace the shock(which is in the exact location my car got hit in the accident - right front) stating that the shock on my Audi broke due to wear and tear and has nothing to do with the accident. I told outsurance that I do not accept that. They did an investigation, never asking to see the vehicle or ask me anything, outsurance determined that the shock on my Audi was in fact broken due to wear and tear and unrelated to the damage caused by the accident which was in the exact same location of my bonnet shock. I also had to return my vehicle to the repair centre to properly align the bonnet because it was completely scew when I received my car back the first time. I asked outsurance to please explain to me how they determined that the shock was not damaged in the accident, they changed my contact person and to this day I've not received any feedback whatsoever regarding the matter. I now, after paying outsurance every month to prevent things like this, have to replace that shock which was damaged in the accident out of my own pocket. After YEARS with outsurance this is hands down the worst service I have received from them.
I used them for disc renewal and change of province. Am very satisfied with the service. I had issues getting a proof of residence but they were very patient, and very helpful in assisting me all the way. Fast and efficient. Am happy I chose them and will gladly do so again next year.

Useless. Have spent hundreds of rands staying on hold never ever getting through to a human being to talk to. I just want to update my address. They aksed for proof of address, i sent over a week ago - NOTHING. Been calling, been mailing - dololo. Useless useless useless!!!!!!
I did my vehicle license renewal through IOX fleet services which is supposed to take up to 10 working days. 15 working days later and I get ZERO response from them. I've phoned multiple times and spoke to Natahsa, who promised every time to call me back and to this moment I've not received any feedback whatsoever. They don't respond to emails either. Im so disappointed and I'm just praying to God I can get my money back. I did this through outsurance so please reconsider if that's something you want to do. Just do it yourself or find a trusting company to help.
Did my license disc renewal through outsurance which uses another company to do it. According to them it takes 10 business days. It's been 15 business days (over 3weeks) and I am getting ZERO response from either outsurance or the company they use. I've paid them R1200 to renew my license disc for me and I'm afraid now that I've lost that money. Outsurance takes ZERO responsibility and just tells you to contact the IOX FLEET SERVICES company, whom also doesn't give any feedback whatsoever. Its been almost 3 weeks now that I've been contacting both outsurance and iox fleet services and absolutely nobody can tell me anything regarding the renewal of my disc.
My partent is with this company and for the past 4 months she's been receiving NON STOP, ten+ calls DAILY from debt collectors because debt rescue is not doing their job!!!! They're not paying her accounts in time, they're not communicating with her debtors and now the collectors are refusing to stop calling. She has begged debt rescue to attend to the matter and all she gets are empty promises from Roland. They keep saying they'll communicate but nothing happens and she's being harassed by the collectors now. Now she has to purchase airtime EVERY DAY, to call Roland, EVERY DAY, to ask them to DO THEIR JOBS. This is absolutely pathetic!! You are a service that's supposed to assist people with their struggling debt. You get paid every month to ensure that their debt gets paid on time and that collectors don't come calling. You are a joke and of no help.
I went to Nudental for a check up just to make sure everything is still fine and happy. I had no complaints or issues I just wanted my mouth checked to make sure everything is a-o-k. The doctor said I had a few small holes she'd like to fix. Again, I had NO complaints and did what she said because what do I know I am not the dentist. After having the holes fixed, one I was unable to eat because of sharp shooting pains in my teeth when I just touch food, not even chew. Two, my back teeth are now so sharp that if I don't chew carefully I keep biting chonks of my cheeks, fun right? So according to this doctor my medical aid where to pay for everything I do not have to worry about the costs. Few months go by and I get debt collectors calling my father about a bill with them. I get in contact with them, immediately settle the bill, immediately send proof of payment and the lady I spoke to said no problems they'll take it from there. Now, I have debt collectors calling me every single day for this account I paid in full MONTHS ago, AND now I'm getting bills of over R1000. This is pathetic. I have to pay a fortune to another dentist to fix what she messed up. My teeth don't pain anymore but I still cant without eating a piece of my cheek. And as a side note the dentist I saw was so mean to her assistant even I got uncomfortable being in the room.
Specifically asked no tomato pieces but received tomato pieces on our pizza. Reached out to them because now we had an inedible pizza we paid for, but no response. 🥺😭
Since August I have been trying to cancel one of my contracts with telkom. A week after submitting a cancellation online I received a mail saying they received my request. Nothing further ever happened. I tried calling them every day but I am on hold for 15min then they drop the call, I call again, on hold for 15min then they drop the call. I was lucky enough to get through to them two weeks ago upon which the lady that assisted me said she is doing an immediate cancellation and they will be in contact with me. I was billed again for this contract. I will be goin to the bank to reverse the debit order, and I will keep doing this until my contract is cancelled. I do not care that telkom will deactivate my services if I do not pay but at least they will call me for payment - if that is my only resolution to get hold of these people because they only call me to ask me to upgrade and apparently the upgrade department has no idea how I can get hold of the cancellation department.
