It was my 50th birthday and I booked a month ago, due to *********** staff my booking was noted and couldn't offer my guest a buffet meal which was expected of. The *********** staff calls me to say there's no buffet but alacarte. Disappointed and angry I called Rakhees and she made a plan. The buffet was divine, the guest enjoyed it. Rakhee was remarkable. Thank you

My wife and was celebrating our wedding anniversary so we went for supper at Jai pur palace. Very disappointing munue. Also the dishes that was there was not a bit delicious. There was no sea food dish like prawns. It was a buffet . As for the desert the ice cream was in a liquid state. Was very dissapointed will never go there again a place where the food did not taste.

We had a buffet here. My second visit. There was plenty of food and many varieties too. The dessert was sumptuous and tempting although I'm diabetic I couldn't resist it. A real treat with great service as a bonus too.

My husband and I decided to have our Anniversary dinner at Jaipur palace last night. We initially had a 7.30pm reservation, which was changed to 9pm as my husband was stuck at work. We rushed from Queensburgh, driving at 160kmph to your restaurant to try and salvage the night. When we changed the reservation the hostess said it was no problem as the kitchen closes at 10pm. After all the hassle to get there at 8:50 the guard refused to let us in. When we called and spoke to the hostess she said they were closed! When I asked her why she accepted my 9pm reservation, her response was still "because the kitchen closes at 10". After all the back and forth, the manager and hostess could not fathom our frustration nor show even the slightest bit of understanding. Reservations should not be taken if the gates are closed, what's the use of an open kitchen if we are on the road? Is this how customers should be treated? Not even an apology was given! Disgusting behaviour from this establishment
