It breaks my heart how nedbank treat their clients, I am waiting one hour to speak to a consultant just to change my banking details. It's R100 I spent on airtime. It's so sad.
My debit did not go out this month. I tried and tried getting hold of the department unsuccessful. I used up every resource including my airtime. How do you want us to get hold of you if it's impossible. I'm being responsible trying to call, to make sure my debt is payed off. There must be some kind of help customers can get. My son was severely sick in Jan, I took him to non pmb hospital. Medihelp covered the stay with the copayment of 35 %. When your child is sick, the closest hospital I took him without thinking, I had no idea he will end up with an infectious disease. Medihelp response to say that I had made an informed decision to go to a non prescribed hospital. Which person in their right mind, will go to a hospital, where they will pay extra, knowingly it wasn't the prescribed hospital. I as a parent was overwhelmed.
I'm a loyal customer of vodacom. I have noticed on my bill that I receive data automatically once my data is finished. I have not agreed to this. I was told that I have to cancel it.by myself.My irritability is that I have not agreed for such charges and it's a cost to me and no one seem to assist. I feel vodacom is a ****.
Speaking to Mr Padayachee the manager I eventually got some relief. My reversal was done immediately and all my other problems were sorted. It took just the one person to restore faith in my decision to go with one plan. I hope I don't have any other hiccups. Thank you hellopeter.
I have 2 pets under one plan pet cover with no problems, that's the reason I left my old gap cover to go on one Plan. Debit order was taken on the wrong day, I asked my bank for the reversal, they said no need to speak to one Plan. From Thursday I am trying to get my reversal, they saying they need to wait for FNB. With today specialist charging ridiculous amount. We are grateful we found our dermatologist. He saw my daughter for her acne. He listened to her and didn't make her uncomfortable. Her skin sorted out He is not greedy, he charged us within medical aid. Respect to him.
I wanted my pap smear results, I was told they don't give out sensitive results to pts only doctors. No one supp**** me with the reason why. This is from a patients side, if my result is normal that saves me a trip to the doctor and saves my medical aid from being exhausted. If it's ab normal I'm definitely going to call my doctor faster than she going to get my result. Very disappointed with lancet that they don't see the other side from a patients side.
It was my 50th birthday and I booked a month ago, due to *********** staff my booking was noted and couldn't offer my guest a buffet meal which was expected of. So I experienced chest pains went to life hospital Chatsmed, at the receptionist she checked my medical aid, 700 was left in savings, that wasn't enough to see the doctor. I needed 2000 in cash.i then left. I wasn't given option of paying later, or my gap cover would have assisted. I did get help somewhere else. Just want to know the hospital policy with regards to patient treatment in an emergency. Do you turn away pts in an emergency without giving them options. Does life not matter.
