Difficult to Cancel UCOUNT REWARDS...Why??
Irritated. Why is it so damn easy to join Ucount rewards but so difficult to cancel. I feel this is difficult on purpose to keep your customers...... Come on Standard Bank... Are you having such a tough time you have to make it so difficult for your customers to leave... I've tried visiting my closest branch; I was told to phone the Ucount 0860 UCOUNT (82 68 68) telephone number. After holding on forever and then talking to a consultant for another 5 minutes going through a security check, I still don't get to cancel...... I know have to wait for a consultant to contact me.. So easy to join, just your ID number across the internet........

ADSL line running slow. Reported fault on numerous occasions in the past few months. Reported again this week 601CNK010415 Ziggy visited house while I was at work. Went the extra mile in calling me. Told me it was a cable fault. The fault was fixed before the end of the day. Excellent.<br> Well Done Ziggy !!
