Extremely bad service and communication I ordered on the 8th of December The still cannot give me proper dimensions. They dont even respond to your emails

Please do not order and JBD Jewellery from any agent of theirs. I placed and order for R700 on the 7th of December 2020 and had to pay immediately (which cost me R40 in bank charges) for my order to be in time for Christmas. To date (5 January 2021) I have not received my order and the agent Tanisaha Goberdhan trading under Wings and Things is just ignoring all of my whatsapps and calls. Very frustrating. What I can gather from all the negative feedback on JBD is that the issue lies with JBD themselves, but I find it very unprofessional that the agents do not just tell you the truth about your order. Would love to sue them, but they do not supply enough information anywhere to enable you to track them down. Very clever crooks these lot. Wish I came to Hello Peter and read reviews before I placed my order! Very expensive lesson to learn.

Please do not order and JBD Jewellery from any agent of theirs. Super terrible support to their agents. I requested an order to be sent with another order that was done a few minutes earlier. When I received the package the second order was not included. After following up with them they said that they do not ship orders together. It would've been nice if they told me this just after I ordered and requested this. So then I said I am willing to pay the courier costs, if they can please send it. They refused as they do not make changes to any order and don't accept EFTs. So I begged and pleased that they send it with one of the other orders (3 still being processed) and still they refuse. I asked a courier what it would cost as a once off (as I dont have an account with a courier) and it will cost me more than what the actual order cost was. i then asked if someone cant just take it to pep to paxi it and I will pay for it, but this is according to them fraudulant... can you believe it?? They are super unhelpful, they feel nothing for their agents. They have lost quite a few agents due to their poor service and I just hope any potential agents see this and think twice before joining.

Terrible service! I would not advise anyone to order with them! Or becoming an agent! They tell you it takes 10 to 15 working days for delivery. Witch do not happen. When you ask you are told that there is no packing material. Then that it's not a standard order and every time it's something else. If you email them you get egnored. They can't give you awnsers or help clear up the problem. They take your money and don't give a damn about the clients!! I really do hope they se this and get there act together!! Poor service I will keep saying it!

It is amazing when you place 2 orders on the same day, one has been delivered nearly a week ago and then the other one is apparently still pending for Manufacturing. Now I have to disappoint my customer due to bad service from you and not getting any real answer. You take my money upfront but now you want to take your sweet time doing what you need to do, and since the fact that I have lost my comission due to me having to reload the order and al of a sudden I can't use Fastway anymore and that I was forced to use Armex. This was my first order, i wonder how bad to you treat people that sells for you

I have placed an order for one of my clients and the order came back incomplete and damaged. Only 2 out of the 7 items was engraved and one item that was engraved on was scratched. They advertise their items as free engraving and they didn't do it as the order stated all the names and correct items. I've sent an email regarding this asking an urgent reply telling them that I'm not happy and nothing was done. My client is very unhappy and I can't do anything. I can even take this further. The order forms and catalogues is very incomplete. I've also sent them emails regarding this and not much have been cleared up. Me as an agent is suppose to sell your products but I can't even keep my clients happy due to JBDs erros. I've lost 4 client due to this incident already. I hate to have to come to hallo peter but my only hope is to get this resolved ASAP.
