I booked and prepaid Just Car Hire to pick up a car from Tempest in Central Stellenbosch and drop it off at Cape Town Airport. I needed it to get from Stellenbosch to an important meeting in Cape town then drop it off at Airport. I was down from KZN so not possible to reschedule meeting. In order to locate Tempest in Stellenbosch I phoned the number given.. only it did not exist. Just Car Hire did not answer their phone till it was too late and I missed the meeting. The Google Lady directed me to a place but No Tempest Car Hire to be found. Eventually Just Car Hire returned my calls to inform me that Tempest had closed this branch in April 2020. No apology.. just said she would inform their IT guys. When asked what they would do to rescue me .. nothing .. I could pay for Tempest to deliver a car from Cape Town.. no they would not cover the cost of their mistake.. Tempest then offered to deliver a car at no cost but only the next day!! eventually after 2 weeks refunded me my money. If you need a reliable deal suggest you look elsewhere.

I booked with justcarhire just before Covid19. It is over 6 months that I have been in communication with Justcarhire and all I got is the run around. My emails are not responded to, their phone lines are never answered, Tickets created on the website are ignored. I have now had to cancel my trip due to Justcarhire ignoring my requests. I have in the past sent all my correspondence with justcarhire to them to no avail. You have robbed me of over R5000. This is daylight robbery . Shame on JustCarhire robbing citizens like this. They received my money but refused to refund me and offered a voucher which they knew I could not redeem.

I am so angry with this company. I hired a car through them, and paid the rental at time of purchase. When i collected the car, Thriftys charged me again and included a whole bunch of additional charges. Thriftys said they never received the money from Just car hire. Just car hire say that Thriftys owes me the refund. No one is responding to my emails. its alot of money. Just car hire dont answer their phones. I dont know what to do.

I am so angry with this company. I hired a car through them, and paid the rental at time of purchase. Prior to the lock down due to Covid-19, we had booked a taxi with Just Car hire for June 2020. I have been trying to call them from the beginning of May to request an extension or refund, I have called more than 20 times and emailed more than 15 times and I have not received a response to date. I am actually disgusted at the level of service or lack thereof. I am actually not sure what to do.

I booked a car hire in January 2020 for 13 - 17 July 2020 and Just Care Hire debited my credit card. Due to the corona virus I had to cancel which I did on 18 March 2020 and requested a refund. I have tried to phone them but the recorded message tells you the office is closed due to the lockdown please send an email. I have sent numerous emails but have had no response. Very disappointing as I have used them a number of times but poor customer service.

They tell you no cancellation fees, but how do you get your money refunded if they do not reply on your mails? My booking is for 1/7/20, are they waiting for the date to pass and then tell me it is too late for a refund?

Bad Service they give nothing about their customer. I was double charged by Just car hire and their partner Bidvest Car rental.Now the one is aking the other to refund. I still have not recieve my money. I think the should have just refunded me and sorted their issues with Bidvest without my involvement. I am ****ed.
