Vodecom have(*1) engaged or have a contractual arrangement with a group of 'thugs(*2) 'who harass my wife and I daily with calls on our landline demanding to speak to a relative who they claim owes Vodacom money. The relative who has immigrated claims to have proof that his/her account is fully settled and we are not to divulge personal information to these unidentified people verbally over the phone. We have frequently requested if Vodecom have an issue with the person to contact that person on the e-mail adress that they have for that person. (Vodecom have used this adress and sucessfully communicated with their ex client, in vain. Vodacom care center (call 2H40 pm 26-1-22 recorded for quality and security purposes) have said that until the relative can get the Vodecom accounts department to acknowledge they incorrectly have engaged these thugs we will continue to be harassed for an account which we are in no way liable. Surely this amounts to some criminal activity on the part of Vodecom or their agents hence term thugs(*2) ? Even if the relative dose owe Vodecom money with what authority has Vodacom divulged my land line number to these agents ( difficult to block thes calls ( Poppi act?) and surely if Vodecom know my number they have my adress. I have an account with Vodecom. These 'thugs' know the relative is overseas and instructed Vodecom to contact him/her via email. Why do they daily harass my wife and I? We may even have paid money we don't owe for peace but we don't get that option. If Vodecom believe that I in some way owe them money or have stood surety for someone else's debts could they not engage with me in a more civilized /legal manner to adress this issue via e-mail or post? The thugs will not disclose exactly how they are related to Vodecom or give any relative detail BUT THE CALL CENTER HAS ASSUED(*1)ME I WILL ME CONTINUED TO BE HARASSED BY THESE PEOPLE, AND THIS WITH VODECOM SANCTION Help!!!
I needed a set of stove pipes made up to a certain spec. Every aspect of their service and product was excellent. They were efficient and friendly. i was impressed with the quality of the work and re assured by their invitation to come back if there was any aspect of the job I needed modifying. Very unreliable is the Reliable Store. Read the other numerous reviews about this outfit before ordering on line. The Johannesburg adress means nothing all stock must be ordered from China and in my case took about 2 months longer to arrive than promised. My follow up phone calls were answered, but with 'bull dust' answers eg the standard duck. and dive ... 'by Friday' or 'early next week' .. when in fact the operator did not have the faintest idea when or if they would ever leave China. If he was just open and said they weight till a container is full and nobody knows how long that takes but usually in a month or two or 3 one leaves China and our promised date of delivery is meaningless . (I eventually ascertained that was the likely situation). It would have been more reassuring if he was just candidate about the situations. When people are not forthright one looses a lot of confidence in who one is dealing with. They make use of Buffalo Couriers who are, 'not up to speed' . The website showed my parcel as having been delivered to the client when it had not ...and as they are totally uncontactable by any means. This was not an enjoyable experience, and never to be repeated, no matter how tempting the goods and prices look.

The devil and his collogues partner with our longings and fantasies to rob us. If the offer is for a limited time or a select few or never to be repeated let the warning lights go on. 2 Stress. The notification introduces some idea of an impending calamity .. act now to avoid disaster.. fear ..pressure.. panic... must hurry.. must accept the help offered.... Any of these feelings then hit the breaks.
Dawn Wing Couriers received valuable plant material in Nelspruit on Monday 7 June and agreed to deliver the same by Wed 9 June to their Pietermaritzburg Depot, which incidentals was closes this time last year! Delivery details were subsequently changed and despite the Website saying the material would be delivered by 11am to Pietermaritzburg the material languished the whole day in Durban. Attempts to contact the Durban branch were repeatedly frustrated by their Call Centre operator's killing the calls once one had hung on in a long que. After may attempts and many hours I finally got to speak to an operator who said 'You need to speak to a consultant' and promptly put me back to No 26 at the back of the que! I challenge management to exam in the call records between 9h30 and 11H45 on 9 June as we are told the calls are recorded for quality purposes to see if their staff or equipment or both are sabotaging their business. All in all an unprofessional unreliable unhelpful uncontactable outfit who do not even know which branches are still in operation. Ps they also have not informed their website of the closure of branches !
I booked and prepaid Just Car Hire to pick up a car from Tempest in Central Stellenbosch and drop it off at Cape Town Airport. I needed it to get from Stellenbosch to an important meeting in Cape town then drop it off at Airport. I was down from KZN so not possible to reschedule meeting. In order to locate Tempest in Stellenbosch I phoned the number given.. only it did not exist. Just Car Hire did not answer their phone till it was too late and I missed the meeting. The Google Lady directed me to a place but No Tempest Car Hire to be found. Eventually Just Car Hire returned my calls to inform me that Tempest had closed this branch in April 2020. No apology.. just said she would inform their IT guys. When asked what they would do to rescue me .. nothing .. I could pay for Tempest to deliver a car from Cape Town.. no they would not cover the cost of their mistake.. Tempest then offered to deliver a car at no cost but only the next day!! eventually after 2 weeks refunded me my money. If you need a reliable deal suggest you look elsewhere.
I have an urgent need to make contact with rain in connection with criminal activity associated with my SIM card. there is simply no possible way of getting a telephone number to contact them on. On there their web site you can send them a message and they promise to contact you .. Well 4.5 days later not a squeak out of them. They are uncontactable do not keep their promises and would you want to have a service provider who you cannot contact?
I upgraded by cell phone contract so I could obtain itemized billing e-mailed to me on the first of every month. This is necessary so I can claim for the call I made in connection with the business. I have tried every thing firstly via the dealer then through the Vodacom Customer Care Center for the last 3-4 weeks but simply cannot get an itemized bill despite agreeing to pay for this from the beginning. I eventually got through to a consultant at the customer Care Center and sent off a copy of my Id and the reference number given in the subject line via email. The only response is a request for the reference number which I have already furnished. From then on the call center 082 135 when you select 0 to 'chat' just cuts you dead every time. I have signed a 24 month contract but if they will not provide an itemized bill how can I have this contract declared null and void?
