Manager Brandon, rude and arrogant, maybe business is so good you can disrespect paying customers, we went as a company group and encountered this rude man. Also they tried to double bill us for stuff that was pre paid. Dated venue, service pathetic, never again. Excuse the pun but..If it wasn’t for alcohol and the music this place will leave a nasty taste in your mouth..beware..

Manager Brandon, rude and arrogant, maybe business is so good you can disrespect paying customers, we went as a company group and encountered this rude man. Katzy's What a great night we had, for the first time at Katzy's ill recommend it to anyone... But at the end to getting to pay my account the speed point gave us some problems and said declined 2 on two diffract speed point (Did have money in my account) the waiter took us to the Manager starting to scream at my Partner who actually had nothing to do with the bill i was the client to pay, after being so rood i had to go and draw the money from a bank that is not even my bank and pay extra bank charges. this morning when i woke up the The two amount that said client showed on my bank statement and received the two msg's that the amount went of my account plus the cash i gave the manager without giving me a receipt for it. i must say the night was amazing but i want my money back !!! it was a large amount and ending up paying for it 3 times i have the proof.

Drunk girl child through drink at my face on dance floor. managers and bouncers wouldn't do anything about it. Very disappointing that they let rif raf in and that there is no protection for loyal clientele.

<p>The Grillhouse in Rosebank came highly recommend to me. </p> <p>The service was great and so was the Manager on duty.</p> <p>However, I am extremely disappointed. I ordered Beef Ribs and when it came it was rare. I had sent it back and by the time my food had come back everyone had already finished eating. I only had 1 piece and we had an emergency and had to leave. </p> <p>The next day when I put the ribs in the oven to get done (because after I had sent it back and got it for a second time, it was still Pink and rare-looking), I had realized that they gave me Pork ribs. After specifying that I do not eat Pork I was really grossed out. </p> <p> </p> <p>Very disappointed in that mistake. </p> <p> </p> <p>(the Grillhouse, Rosebank)</p>

According to their website there is a cover charge from 6:30 on a Saturday but what the website doesn't say is that they will only open the doors at 6:30! When I queried this with the manager he basically told me to pay the cover or go some place else. My issue wasn't with paying a cover charge my issue was with the fact that the website says one thing and the staff at the door do another. I'm also really upset about the fact that while we were stilling enjoying our drinks they turned the LIGHTS OFF!! So patrons cant even finish the drinks they paid for without being rushed out the door, yes there is a closing time, yes the staff need to clean and go home, but then why sell people drinks and then 5mins later leave them in darkness and tell them to please move because you need to clean the tables. The right thing would have been to tell us the bar is closed so we know not to buy anything or to inform people that you will be closing at x time so we have the time to finish up and leave feeling like valued patrons. Instead staff and management at Katzy's left a very bad impression on me and the party I was with and I'm not surprised to see other complaints along the same line.

they dont care about customers safety lifting tables carelessly. waiter are rude as the spit into people's food and not asking if they can use condiments on the table, just stretching on our food & taking ....i dont know what kind of people u host here but I m not one of them

The manage didnt even greet us or smile at the door just told R100 cover charge. But were told if we get there before 6h30 it is free but this manager just wants our money and says well we are doing YOU a favour opening up 5 minutes before 6h30 so it's still a cover charge. Sent friends away who came at 6h10. Then won't allow us to open up different tabs amongst a table of 35! Food was great! Then came to paying our bill and charged us for drinks we didn't have, service at bar extremely slow. Music and band amazing. Pity.
