terrible client experience. purchased a robot vacuum that was quite pricey. it has a fault. sent it back. I've waited for over a month to receive basic feedback. After enquiring several times through email and WhatsApp they've notified me they've sent my purchase to the wrong client.
Terrible product service - I lose connection to my router when I move 10 meters away to another room in my tiny apartment. The technical consultants advised that walls may provide obstruction to signal and that I would need to pay additional fees for a booster - this was not mentioned to me when taking up the product.
Discovery conservations consultant aggressive - will do and say anything to retain premiums. Does not listen to client. Also, Discovery talks a lot about benefits, but tangibly, there's so little you can actually feel even at the highest rewards level.
No one know's what's happened to my flight reservation. The call centre has sent me to the airport twice where no one was of assistance (the worst service). I have paid to reschedule my flight and the call centre agent is telling me something about cancelled flights. I've emailed AirFrance and the response I got was to call the call centre which has not been helpful at all.
Increased Excess by 80% and cannot provide logic behind such a massive increase. Telling me about AI calculations and that I signed to allow for this. I understand annual increases, but an 80% increase in excess without a valid explanation is *******.
Pathetic customer service. Home fibre connection has been down for 4 days and all they have to say is "it's been escalated". They don't return calls, they don't communicate progress. Truly ******* service.

FNB discontinued its AA service without informing clients. I called to used the service and they told me they no longer offer this. I am a “Private Client” and I pay a ton of bank fees but they don’t care, I was stranded on the side of the road at 3am. Rather go to Capitec, they charge you for what you are getting. FNB charges high bank fees, they give you a stupid black card and then treat clients like ****.
