Great turnaround time and friendly service by Household insurance department.
They have extended my contract without my concent stating that it's due to covid-19 yet when I took out gym contract there was nothing stating covid19 and it was 2 years ago. This is just one of their crooked tactics to extort money from people which is not part of the initial contract.
Consultants are clueless when it comes to fine prints as with fnb connect they are inept of what the offers are and just simply hangup the phone after they have put you on hold for 15 min. When you get fnb connect consultant they simply tell you about ebucks for which it is not related to the matter one is bringing forth.
ThIs company's online store is really a joke an I wouldn't recommend it to anyone as they never adhere to their delivery policy nor process orders in time, I regret why I used their system than to simply walki in store and get what I wanted, online should be about convince but this company's online shop is simply plain inconvenience they should simply deactivate it. Order number 72523
Manager by the name Sibongile insisted in conversing with me as a client in zulu yet I am not zulu also do not speak such language, She then refused to implement builders warehouse policy that they will beat or match any written quote. Due to her stupid personal misinterpretation of what's written in plain English I took my money to another store, such stupid people that would rather loose thousands of rand because of not wanting to discount or match for few five hundred rands that could be recouped through delivery charges/fee.
I paid my initial fees for registration then after 2 months when I check my financial statement it showed that NSFAS had paid my fees then all of sudden I owe them close to R2000 thousand rands. I have never applied for NSFAS as I can pay for my own fees. This is extortion cause they pay without my consent then claim I owe them for my fees plus their exorbitant interest, I have sent emails to unisa but as always they never respond. Thus is the kind of **** service we get from Unisa as if they are giving me free education, these inept ****
This **** bank charge / pernalises people when they change debit order date, of which this is not stipulated on the initial contract and one doesn't default from agreed terms of contract nor repayment periods for that matter. Also when you want to settle they penalize you so much that the settlement amount is the same as balance of the whole term.
This people are crooks I once wanted to cancel my insurance with them as i had received an sms stating that my basic excess is now R4000 from R500 and they reassured me that my excess basic excess has not changed and that there is no additional excess to pay. now I have submitted a claim they are telling me about additional excess and state that their assessor say my tv and decoder have been damaged by lightning, while my iterms where damaged by power surge. they then send you from pillar to post.
For the past 2 months have been sending emails and fax to this useless medical aid to change details and beneficiaries, they send and email stating that they will call in 48 hour but they never do, and when you make a followup call they always answer with silly attitude and place you on hold for a very long time after that they tell you they can not find your email or fax and you should resend them the document. Employer (Government) should cancel this useless medical and give employees to choose their own medical aid scheme cause this tender schemes are useless and a waist of our money.
Thanks for the wonderful service Ms Sesi Phasa.
