Keto Premiere scam
Message: I want to report Keto Premiere (phone 0875502437) for fraud. On the 4th October 2020 I ordered a free bottle of diet tablets and was only supposed to pay the shipping costs of R70. On 5th October 2020 3 amounts were taken off my credit card. The transaction names were muscletorchedcs.com 39 KELMS (Keto Premiere) for R1888,32 ; BEAULIFEINFO.COM HANDLEYS (Ketone meter) for R333,17 and TRAINEDFITHELP.COM HANDLEYS (Reversoslim) for R1487,52. I wrote to their support grooup on site support@supports.net. On the 8th October 2020 they wrote to me and told me that my account with Reversoslim had been successfully cancelled. On the 6th November I was informed by the support team on roi@velohouse.com that my account had been reviewed and the three amounts would be refunded. I confirm that 2 amounts were credited to my credit card but the amount of R1818.63 has still not been refunded. Every time I phone I get told that the tablets have been shipped. At my last phonecall the lady put the phone down on me. Can you please do something to help me get my money back and also warn others not to deal with them. They were on Facebook. I thank you. Keto Premiere scam

Undelivered paid for keto premier tablets
Oooh i m still crying. I ordered a bottle of keto premier wth a number of tablets to help me loose som weight. Little did I knw tht they scam people. It was a black lady claiming to be a dr n that sh has helped so many people loose the weight and I thought this could help me too. They took over 300 from my account. It's been over 6months and I am still waiting on keto premier to deliver my product.. Stop exploiting people n scaming us. I work hard for every cent I have.. I dnt sleep with any1 to get it.. then some low life jst comes n takes it like tht.. siiiis on u horrible people.

I want my money back from them
Keto premiere has scammed me R1670. They said to me I won thier products and I should pay R35 for shipping when I present my account details they took R1670 from my account I hate this company a lot

Scam by Keto Premiere
KETO SCAM After completing what appeared to be Woolworths Survey on 13 February, I have received as a Survey Reward the offer of supply of “Keto Rapid Weight Loss” formula with cost waived providing I will pay $4.95 shipping fee. I have claimed the award and paid what I have assumed the shipping fee. Then I noted that my MC was charged $159.04 for the pills and $8.52 for access to instructions on their website, plus international conversion fees. I immediately cancelled the order and sought reimbur*****t of monies charged. Four days later Keto sent me a shipping notification. Today I was informed that Keto cancelled my on-going subscription but is “unable to process refund requests online”. This is disgusting scam. Stay away from what looks like Woolworths "promotion gifts" and stay certainly from from Keto Premiere products. It is a dishonest scam!

KETO PREMIERE SCAM
On Saturday 13th February I responded to an advert on Facebook for a Keto Premier Weight loss product. I was offered a 'free' product but on checkout was charged R70 for postage. I abandoned the transaction and almost immediately received an message offering the postage as R35,00 . I agreed to this and completed the order only to have R941,00 processed to my credit card within seconds. I then immediately phoned the number supplied for cancellations +27 87 550 2437 and was assured by the call centre agent that the transaction would be reversed and that I would receive a confirmation email to this effect. On Monday 15th Feb 2021 I received an email only confirming the order plus the additional order which I did not agree to. It was described as a 16 week diet challenge and detailed ORDER #104348409 goldskincs.com and ORDER #104348412 agihealthcs.com as the companies that I had supposedly bought the product from. On the 15th I again sent a strongly worded email asking for the refund to my card. This request was completely ignored by the follow-up email I received in which they just re-iterated my supposed order for the 16 WEEK DIET CHALLENGE plus a product called REVERSOSLIM. When I phoned again today, I was told that no further charges would be made to my account, but that they could only process a refund once I had received the product and returned them unopened to the company. THIS IS OBVIOUSLY A COMPANY OUT TO SCAM PEOPLE AND I WAS DRAWN IN BECAUSE IT SHOWS A SOUTH AFRICAN COMPANY NAME AND CONTACT NUMBER. THE AGENT SOUNDED CHINESE OR ASIAN

SA SCAM ON SUPPLIER OR KETO PREMIERE PRODUCT
Please be aware of the SA Scam using this Product. I ordered a free sample of the Product through a Website and used my Credit Card to make payment for shipping costs of R70. Within seconds the R70 was not billed but two payments, one of R1805.83 and another of R1443.19. The first Supplier showed as Rinolavenscs.com on the first payment and Rhi;ancs.com on the second payment. I immediately tried the Support line supplied which did not exist. Just putting this out there to make consumers aware of what can happen!

Misleading Advertising
They let you spin a wheel and no matter how many times you spin the wheel it always land on 100% discount. You then have to fill in a form with all your details. They then want your credit card detail for the R70 Postal fee. Once you have sent this information they mention that an amount of R1806 will be billed for continued monthly access. However they do give a number where you can cancel the monthly billing but I still feel that this misleading advertising. They now also have your details so that they can bother you all the time.
