I read the report about the damage on the Kia Soul . SInce there were no noises or play on the steering before the accident I do not agree that it is wear and tear on the steering . If you insist that it is wear and tear I will sell this piece of ******* ( which we were very impressed with before this accident ) sold to me by Kia Wonderboom and I will make sure I tell everyone who want to listen what ******* Kia cars are . It has 145 000 kilomtrers on it's speedometer . If an important part like the steering is worn at this low mileage , what else is going to be wrong in a month or two from now on . I have family with Kia's , I had a Kia Sorento before . I have friends with Kia's . Now I must warn all of them that they are putting their familes's life in danger by driving a low quality vehicle that will probably kill their families along the way . I will also warn everybody I know , whether they drive a Kia or not , to stay away from Wonderboom Kia and every other Kia dealer . I have driven other brand vehicles close to 300 000 kilos without having any steering related problems . This is the first time ever . So it must be the worst quality vehicle ever sold in South AFRICA . Sharon at Wonderwaters ( 012 5760020 ) and Tumi Mahlangu at Outsurance .

I took my Kia Picanto for service on the 13th Jume 30 000km. they didn't change the pollen filter; the new filter was placed sealed on the passenger seat. I reported a rear light that was not working the sales assistant noted it down, but when I collected the car, the rear light was still not working - Never changed. How many things goes undetected, be careful with this dealership. The lady said i should take a photo of the new filter and send to her If you do not have knowledge of car mechanics STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.YOUR NEW CAR WILL BREAKDOWN

<div>I took my car (kia k2700) for service on the 1st April, on the 12 April I drop my employees on site as usual and come back on around 16h00 when I wanted to go back to site to take my employees I experienced stiff steering and when I check where the vehicle was parked the was some oil . Then I check under and release that there is an oil leak for power steering then I top up oil and the following day I call the dealer at kia Cnr Lavender and Braam Pretoruis street Wonderwaters,Pretoria,Gauteng they said I must come on the 14th . I did so but they didn't help me in fixing the problems instead they claimed that my car was involved in accident that is why is having a leak which is not true. I I'm the only driver if I hit something I would know about it. They are claiming that maybe I hit hump and is not true either. I then took my car back as they said they can't fix it .This is affecting my business from Tuesday I'm not working and Is affecting my Business very badly. My business is financially being affected. I have lost 4 days of production and no one is willing to help. </div>

Just want to commend the Kia sales team as well as the DP, Mr Scott Skinner, for the fantastic service we received while buying a vehicle from them. I Would highly recommend them when buying your next car. Service like Kia Motors Wonderwaters is scarce in todays market and should be appreciated more.

Wow im so unhappy with KIA there service yo. My kar went for its 220 000 km service at Kia Wonderwaters Pretoria. There is no Communication. Got my car back it was not even wash, the lady did not tel me they are not washing now. At least tell a customer in advance no washing. Levt my kar service book on the seat as I know they want it. When I got my car the book is missing, they lost it ?!? The lady gave me a new book that's now incomplete because of services with no date and missing information. Her excuse for everything is covid 19 and half of staff ?!?! It doesn't matter if you have 120 people or just 14 now your services must be 100 % At collection of my vehicle they told me a list of problems on my vehicle ???? If there is problems call the customer so it can be repaired but like I sed no communication, I'm so dissipointed with the Service of KIA I will be looking at selling my KIA but with a service book of missing details ?!? Thank you KIA.

KIA Wonderwaters gave me a very bad service after my vehicle blew an engine while on the Motorplan. They refused to have it repaired and I was forced to take the matter up with the Head Office. The Head Office instructed KIA Wonderwaters Delearship to repair my vehicle. Anthon Shiel from the Head Office was instrumental in making this recommendation. The vehicle was repaired with subtle resistance from the Dealership. The incident date approximately as far back as one and a half year. During the repairs, a boot cover was lost. This was reported to the Workshop Manager. He promised to replace it within 2 weeks. From 2017 to date I have not received my Boot Cover. I have written more than 8 emails in this regard and the goal post is always shifted. The Dealer Principal is fully aware of this incident, I would write him emails, but he would choose not to respond (Quiet diplomacy). When I took my vehicle for 120K service, I was promised that it would be arriving in due course. On 31 January 2019, I booked my vehicle for 135 K service. I asked about the same but the Workshop Manager told me that he was struggling to get it. What made me be even unhappier is the fact that after rating the Service Manager/ Technician, whom I gave a good rating score based on the service he gave me on the day, I found out that my KiA Sportage car mats were now missing from the vehicle. I was given replacement mats which were not for my vehicle. I wrote the Workshop Manager, Dealer Principal and KIA Motors South Africa Customer Care an email expressing my discontentment and a request for the replacement of my KIA Sportage mats and the Boot cover. This email was written on the same day (31 January 2019). I have to date not received any response from the Dealer Principal nor the Workshop Manager. I am still awaiting a recourse from KIA Wonderwaters (Wonderboom).
