My kia2700 was invovolved in accident January 2025 and i didnt have courtesy car policy. The claim was approved 18.02.2025 for R156 369.33 under Summit autobody (Limpopop Louis trichardt) was done late September 2025. On collection the idling was very high and lot of smoke was coming from exhaust when i ask they said they only work on body parts irregardless what happened during the accident they are only told or authorised for body parts only. I then hired a trailer as i was going to Pretoria. The following day I asked Auto & General insurance to come and fetch it from my place as the vehicle has no power at all the accelerator was very weak they only come around November by that time i had courtesy car policy (was active from august after receiving a call that the car will be ready next month) but they refuse to give me and only bring back my car January 2026 with no changes even up to date the vehicle is undrivable and i have been paying insurance for the whole year without a car and still paying up to date.
I took my car (kia k2700) for service on the 1st April, on the 12 April I drop my employees on site as usual and come back on around 16h00 when I wanted to go back to site to take my employees I experienced stiff steering and when I check where the vehicle was parked the was some oil . Then I check under and release that there is an oil leak for power steering then I top up oil and the following day I call the dealer at kia Cnr Lavender and Braam Pretoruis street Wonderwaters,Pretoria,Gauteng they said I must come on the 14th . I did so but they didn't help me in fixing the problems instead they claimed that my car was involved in accident that is why is having a leak which is not true. I I'm the only driver if I hit something I would know about it. They are claiming that maybe I hit hump and is not true either. I then took my car back as they said they can't fix it .This is affecting my business from Tuesday I'm not working and Is affecting my Business very badly. My business is financially being affected. I have lost 4 days of production and no one is willing to help. I was made to pay of R1966.40 for a mistake that was never mine to begin with . This is customer abuse and a breach of contract the agreement was that you going to service the car for 3 years or 200 000 Kms not to blame me for things that you need to fix. Your services has been horrible, pathetic and disgusting to say the least. And you pray on week customers with no sympathy whatsoever. I ended up paying the requested put of despiration since my business was suffering since the main thing I use for my business which is the card was not working. All you guys have are just essumptions that are false and baseless. You say my car hit a rock or a hump but can't tell me where or when. Stop lying and pay me back the money you made me pay for an issue that I was not the cause
Hi I have a problem I took a trip on the 25th of April at around 22:00 . The trip was to ayob motors Louis Trichet. The driver was Rabelani car reg number FMF271L Trip estimate qoutewas around R280.00 driver then called me and said he wants a payment of R400.00. I agreed because I was desperate and once the trip was done the driver deleted trip from the trip history but I had already done a screenshot of the trip

MFC is the worst company to deal with. I settled my vehicle in September 2019 , they listed me in ITC and refuse to remove the listing although the fault was at their fault. I am frustrated from the calls and emails i have sent and promises that the listing would be removed from ITC. I have missed opportunities to purchase a house and expand my business due to their incompetency. Their services is horrible and pathetic , they trap customers by any means possible. I have contacted the ombudsman for the bank , but MFC is a difficult company to work with. This issue has affected my business and personal life in more ways than i can count.
