I have settled my account with Marquis finance on the 2nd of April 2025. Today is 14 May 2025 . I sent the prove of payment and also paid for my Natis documents . This company ignores my mails and have hundred stories when you call them . I am absolutely fed up . Iwant my documents and I would never recommend them to anybody .
Good day . I wrote before about the struggle I have with outsurance paying / repairing my Kia Soul . Received my vehicle after five or six weeks .Outsurance ( from: Louis Parkin <lg.parkin@gmail.com> to: ASANDA MFUNDI <clt@out.co.za>, KEITUMETSE MAHLANGU <mahlanguk@out.co.za> date: Sep 9, 2024, 1:34 PM subject: Fwd: Kia mailed-by: gmail.com At the Kia dealer They charged me R11 730 . 30 . That is R 5 737 . 50 more than the Amount paid to me by Outsurance . After corresponding with the people mentioned for a long period of time , now they send me a mail telling me I cannot reach them on the mail adress . I call , then they are busy . I am tired and completly fed up with this company .
My Kia Soul was involved in a accident .I have written a review about this before . Currently my vehicle is at Kia Wonderboom because Outsurance wanted a report of the damage from a Kia Dealer . They seem to be playing cat and mouse with me , emailing each other with demands . My vehicle is there for two weeks today , 12/08/2024 . I need somoene to make a decision at outsurance , I need my vehicle and I need it in a roadworthy condition . SInce the cehicle was hit directly on the left front wheel I believe that everything connected to the wheel and is damaged should be repaired ! It is not rocket science , or is it ? Good day I read the report about the damage on the Kia Soul . SInce there were no noises or play on the steering before the accident I do not agree that it is wear and tear on the steering . If you insist that it is wear and tear I will sell this piece of ******* ( which we were very impressed with before this accident ) sold to me by Kia Wonderboom and I will make sure I tell everyone who want to listen what ******* Kia cars are . It has 145 000 kilometers on it's speedometer . If an important part like the steering is worn at this low mileage , what else is going to be wrong in a month or two from now on . I have family with Kia's , I had a Kia Sorento before . I have friends with Kia's . Now I must warn all of them that they are putting their families's life's in danger by driving a low quality vehicle that will probably kill their families along the way . I will also warn everybody I know , whether they drive a Kia or not , to stay away from Wonderboom Kia and every other Kia dealer . I have driven other brand vehicles close to 300 000 kilos without having any steering related problems . This is the first time ever . So it must be the worst quality vehicle eversold in South AFRICA . I will also not reccomend outsurance to anyone ever , this is going on since the first of April when the accident happened . The steering rack was damaged in the accident and because we drove the vehicle like that it might shows signs of wear . That is logical . I say again , there was nothing wrong with this car before the accident in which my wife had no part .

My wife was involved in a accident with her car . A vehicle with diplomatic numberplates hit her car and did not stop . Outsurance sent us to a assessor for a quotation .The assessor did not check ubnder the car although it was clearly hit on the left front wheel . Then we were sent to a different panelbeater for repairs . They repaired the mag rim ( wheel ) and informed us that there is more damage to the steering rack . The insurance refuse to repair the damage with the result that the car cannot be driven as it is not safe to do so . They claim it is wear and tear , this car only have 145 kilometres on the speedometer . The steering did not have any faults before the accident .Outsurance keep on giving me a new reference number and/or liason person .Then I do not hear from them again . I would not recommend this insurance to anybody .
I bought a Ranger LDV double cab from Nico de Klerk at Westvaal in Klerksdorp NW province . They advertised the vehicle with a full service record . I bought it around April 2023 . I noticed after a month or so that there is no books in the LDV . No owners manual or service logbook . I contacted Mr Nico dr Klerk numerous times and he assured me that he will send me the books . I tried untill the 26th of September , and he then first told me the books is with the previous owner . After that he just ignored me . The fact that I now cannot prove that the vehicle had a full service record lowers the value signifantly. I also cannot determine when was the last service and things like tyre pressure etc . I feel they should comensate me or give me the books . Louis Parkin

Hellopeter #SupportLocal. I have bought items from sellers who advertise their items on the Marketing section on Facebook over the years. The Trust between the two parties has always been so professional and honest. I paid for the item, and received it within a short period. Recently I indicated to a lady that I am interested in the item and paid for it on 4 March. On 10 March I have not heard from her, neither have I received the item. I then contacted her on WhatsApp , she replied whereby she wanted my address (which I have sent her when I sent the proof of payment ) again and that she "forgot" to mail the item. I requested that my money be paid back into my account. She had used my money, and asked for time until the end of March to give my money back). When I requested via WhatsApp for my money, she once again had an excuse and asked to pay me back in two payments. She used the health situation in our country as an excuse, expects me to feel guilty. I wrote to her, and said that she was not to use the money until the transaction was finalised. She did not keep her end of the deal and expects me to accommodate her. She then blocked me on WhatsApp. I have no idea how to handle this situation. The money she owes me is R700. I have her Name. Bank details and mobile number. I am not sure what Facebook SA's e-mail address is.
I am absolutely tired of Vodacom's data service. I used to have one gig , then two etc. Now at five gig I run out of data sometimes . I purchased a 500meg bundle Friday 29/06/18 and it was finished when I tried to log into the internet on Saturday morning 30/06/18. I renewed one data contract a week ago , I have another one and two cellphone contracts running on a month to month basis . I am going to change to another provider . This dissapearing data seems to be a countrywide Vodacom problem .
