Kit Kat Benoni - Terrible Service
If there was a 0 rating I would give a 0 rating. BE VERY CAREFUL THEY OVERCHARGE YOU. THE PRICES SCANNED DON'T MATCH THE PRICES ON THE SHELVES. ALSO WHEN WAITING FOR THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE YOU PAID YOU MUST WAIT MORE THAN HALF AN HOUR. ONLY AFTER MAKING A NOISE THEY REFUND YOU & TAKE YOU SERIOUSLY. THE SHOP IS SOOOO UNTIDY.

Unsatisfied customer
I bought an Mellerware iron at kit kat on the 1st of Jan 2025,now the iron is not working I returned it to the shop.I'm being told of the guarantee of the iron is 1 year which is what know but to my surprise I'm being told the shop warranty is 6 months,me as a customer I'm returning what I bought in the shop for them to return to the supplier or they must exchange for me not tell me stories.

Bad customer service
I had a bad experience at your store. I went to Mamelodi branch to buy buildibg material, cements and roofing no one wanted to assist me they were refering me from one person to the other. One guy said I must go to the back tellers for quote and the tellers were like go find someone that side to assist you. They were not even interested were busy speaking to each other, they turned me into a fool. Am glad I wont build my house with your material thanks but no thanks 😡

Bad customer service

BOUGHT 100 SHOOTERS FOR 250 ITS FINE EVERYTHING GOES UP PEAK SEASON AND INDIAN KINGS BOMBS THEN WE BOUGHT LUNAR FIREWORKS THEY TAKE THEM OUT AND REPACK THEM...THEY TAKE OUT INSIDE AND. CHARGE MORE DISGUSTING I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THERE AGAIN.

Bad service
Good day Please investigate the kit Kat in orange farm the cashiers are always on th phone they have no customers service I bought a tub the price was 130 whn i get at the til it says 150 they tel me there's nothing thy cn do this is not Woolworths Even asked for a management she was with the cashiers playing with phones infront of the tills she heard the whole conversation she didn't even bother to come to me or bother solving the matter she's the once who told me to go to Woolworths for such Regards

Microwave dead i weeks
So i bought a russel hobs microwave at kit kat benoni 3 months ago. Worked for a few weeks and boom...its dead. Took it back. Now its 2 months aftr taking it back there. That shop dnt buy electrical equipment...i have gobe thru hell and back and still my microwave isnt back. Pathetic service. Just being posted from pillar to post. Buy things at ur own risk.
