No network connection same time everymonth and am sick and tired. Rain never have a network connection. Last month it never worked for the whole month and yesterday it started again still today its not working. I pay my premium every month never skipped a month . Am paying for something that's not working for me .
Rain disconnected my router for nothing , very *********** bad service. Rain says I didn't pay my router while they are the one who took a debit order on the 1st of February. I just want to cancel my subscription am sick and tired of them .
Rain doesn't work everyday and when you request for help they will tell you that you are connected. How can you be connected when these no network. I mean am uding my router work purposes and I have to miss my meetings due to no network everyday. Am sick and tired or your poor service.

This the last time am writing to Vodacom , I have been calling to inform them for month that their router is not working , always its connected without internet . I have been writing to this platform form several times . I need to use this router for work and school with no help am paying every month for some thing that doesn't benefit me I even took contract from another service provider which is working perfectly . The last time I didn't pay them for a month they blocked my personal sim card because its also Vodacom number and even took me to MBD attorneys , how fair is that? this time its fine they can do whatever they want to to do I wont pay my contract blacklist me for all I care , its better than paying for connected without internet everyday .
I received a call from a rude lady to deliver my debit card on 09/11 that time I was busy on the line with a client , I politely informed the lady to give me few seconds to transfer a client to the right department . The lady was so rude she said no mam I cant hold for you am also working then she dropped the call . I mean how can they hire such an *********** and rude person to deal with clients , still today I don't have my debit card how can I run my day to day errands without the card. DSV need to get your act together
Alexander Forbes don't care about their clients, cant withdraw my 2 pots and thy don't even respond to the emails . Tried calling them yesterday the consultants said his transferring me to the right agent i was kept on hold for 1 hour 15 min until i decided to hang up. Tried again to withdraw still giving me the same error , I mean its not like am asking for a loan its my money I want to take . Alexander you better get your acts together as for me I don't even want to be your client anymore , I have never experience such bad service in my life .
I am sooo annoyed with Woolworths customer service , 1st I was on hold for 30 Minutes, then finally spoke to a consultant who I don't even remember her name because she was not even clear , I nicely asked her to activate my credit card as I cant withdraw and she kept me on hold again for too long mind you am on lunch also at work , took my time to go to 1 of the branches to call them . she literally went silent on me , was kept on the line all alone without any assistance . I am so angry If I didn't pay my money on that card I was going to close it . ***********s agents
I had a bad experience at your store. I went to Mamelodi branch to buy buildibg material, cements and roofing no one wanted to assist me they were refering me from one person to the other. One guy said I must go to the back tellers for quote and the tellers were like go find someone that side to assist you. They were not even interested were busy speaking to each other, they turned me into a fool. Am glad I wont build my house with your material thanks but no thanks 😡
Am very disappointed with Vodacom , in fact I have no words to explain how I feel. Last year I had a problem with Vodacom were my router was not working at all and am paying R950.00 monthly for 36 months , did call them with no luck I had to come here for assistance . I was called they apologized and was fixed . this year since January same thing its not working always says NO NETWORK CONNECTION , I took that contract for my kids to do assignments and also for me and to attend virtual classes however I end up buying data for me and my kids and also pay R950.00 for nothing . Last month I decided that am not paying Vodacom its not worth it , now they took me to MBD Attorneys for only a month not paying , but their network is not working every single day . Am buying data while am suppose to what am paying them for , am sooooo frustrated am even thinking of not paying them forever am already been referred to attorneys its fine they can blacklist me for all I care. Vodacom the worse network in whole wide word
