I paid a cancellatiin penalty yesterday to cancel my subscription and they still took their monthly amount off at 00:00 last night, they send you an email and tell you to send an email from your email address bit don't provide a email address to send the email to. You phone them and then you run out of airtime cos they take their sweet time to answer, then you try call back and they say they cannot take your call right now... how effing pathetic is that, the ****piest service I've ever come across.

They don't deserve 1 star
They don't deserve 1 star. I had to pay ALL the money towards a car eft and I haven't even looked at the car. They tell me 1 thing and then it's not like that the next time I speak to them. They made a ***** up with he price, I had to pay for their mistake over and over and over again and then was promised discount and in the end I have had to pay the money. They won't give me a refund, they told me the car is in my name, they talking bull, I havrnt even signed anything and then promise to deliver the car on more than 1 occasion and still no car. Marketplace on fb is a breeding ground for ****mer.

I orderedy son a lego set on the 9th May, the expected Del date was suppose to be the 10th June, then it changed to between the 11th June and 16th June. On the 10th the sent a msg to say its be refunded by the 24th it will be 10 working days and should get the refund but now I checked it said the item may be lost, *** does Tha mean?
