I bought an Mellerware iron at kit kat on the 1st of Jan 2025,now the iron is not working I returned it to the shop.I'm being told of the guarantee of the iron is 1 year which is what know but to my surprise I'm being told the shop warranty is 6 months,me as a customer I'm returning what I bought in the shop for them to return to the supplier or they must exchange for me not tell me stories.
Dstv is a poor service provider, I had 2 dstv account one for streaming and 1 for decoder which I thought they have canceled it.On15/09/25 Monday I made payment to the decorder account instead of streaming one,called Multichoice to inform them about the matter,which was told it will be fixed within 24 to 48 hours.By the 17/09/25 my streaming will be on,Guess what I wokeup to no streaming.what kind of service is Multichoice providing to us,when you don't pay on time they will constantly remind you but coming to service providing nothing.

I have 1 contract with Cellc and app**** for another, was helped but i was unsatisfied with the device received and i was told i need to return the cellphone so i the contract could and i need to reapply afyer i have received the rma number. I returned the device to Cellc and it was received on the 25th of August 2025,alled them numerous times to ask if the number was generated till today still waiting for the warehouse to generate the rma so i could apply for the new contract. I'm very and highly disappointed with the level of service I'm receiving at Cellc.
I had bad experience with Two mountains my uncle padt on June 2023 and made a claim with Two Mountains even today i haven't received my claim payout.What a ****,I'm still in debit because Two mountains
