If there was a 0 rating I would give a 0 rating. BE VERY CAREFUL THEY OVERCHARGE YOU. THE PRICES SCANNED DON'T MATCH THE PRICES ON THE SHELVES. ALSO WHEN WAITING FOR THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE YOU PAID YOU MUST WAIT MORE THAN HALF AN HOUR. ONLY AFTER MAKING A NOISE THEY REFUND YOU & TAKE YOU SERIOUSLY. THE SHOP IS SOOOO UNTIDY.
The worst service provider when dealing with Cancellations. I have been transferred from pillar to post. I called in on the 26th of October 2023 to cancel my contract & move over to Prepaid. My number has now been suspended due to the fault on their side & MTN wanting me to pay for a mistake done by one of their agents.
Went to see Dr D.L Margetts. She is a oral Hygienist. I normally don't like going to the dentist. She was the very gentle, helpful and gave very good advice. I never came across a doctor more gentle. She explains everything so well. Her receptionist I can't remember her name sorry. What a very and helpful person. Excellent Service.
Bought a Fitbit Watch 4 from Takealot. I was declined a replacement as the watch was more than 2 months old. I then contacted Fitbit themselves. I sent them photos of the broken watch. I was replaced with a brand-new Fitbit Watch 5. I was extremely happy with the outcome & the speedy service received from Fitbit. Thank you, Fitbit, for the great service.
Good day. I am appalled at the service I received today at Lakeside Mall Edgars. I got to the store at 9am. The store was NOT yet open, despite the fact that the trading hours are from 9am. That was not the issue though. I waited patiently for the store to open it's doors. When the store was opened, I went to the till points downstairs to pay my husband's Edgars account. Firstly there were no staff at the till points when I got there. Waited for 5 minutes till a cashier came. I was second in the queue. When it was my chance to be served, I asked what the installment was for the account & I was told that I needed to go upstairs to be assisted as their systems were not on yet. So I made my way upstairs & there was NOT EVEN 1 CASHIER AT THE TILL POINTS UPSTAIRS. I saw a lady there so I asked her what was going on as I was told to come upstairs to be assisted. I was already fuming by then. She takes me to another till point where I can't be helped as the cashier there was still counting cash for the till point. I mean really. They should have been ready to serve customers by then as the store opens at 9am. Anyways I asked to see the Manager. The manager was NOT very impressed with me as I was making a scene now. He accused me of lying. I then called the lady that was upstairs to be my proof of what actually happened. I AM STILL VERY UPSET AS THE MANAGER OF THE LAKESIDE MALL EDGARS DID NOT SOLVE MY PROBLEM & I DIDN'T EVEN GET AN APOLOGY FROM HIM. I don't think he is fit to be a manager of a store. He didn't even ask me to calm down & explain what happened. I was going to buy boys clothing from the store but I was soooo upset that I went back downstairs, paid the account & left the store. I already closed my account at Edgars because interest was going to be charged on my account. As soon as I got back I explained to my husband what had happened & advised him that as soon as his account is paid up he needs to also close his account because the service is pathetic.
I went to Eastgate Shopping Centre about a month ago on a Saturday night. I was totally disgusted with the state of the bathrooms. The bathrooms had NO soap in the dispensers & the dryers were not in working order. My husband told me the Men's Bathrooms were in the same state. I feel this is not fair as we the customer's pay for parking as well & this is the state of the Bathrooms. I went on to their website & complained a few times with NO reply back from the person in charge. I was totally disgusted with the NO reply issue.
<p>I went recently to fill fuel at Sasol Atlas Road. I asked the petrol attendant to wash my windscreen.</p> <p>He was busy washing my windscreen when the owner came out to yell at him in front of all the customers.</p> <p>I was really horified at the way they treat their staff. It is totally unacceptable.</p> <p>According to me washing windscreens is part of filling fuel.</p> <p>The petrol attendant was told by the owner that he shouldn't wash my windscreen as that is not part of his job. I should rather go to a car wash.</p>
<p>I am very frustrated with Clicks. They have specials advetised and never have stock of what you want. You can go to about 3 different stores during the time of the specials and there is NO stock available.</p> <p>Also NO rain checks are given.</p> <p>I have phoned Clicks Customer Service but my query/complaint was NOT resolved.</p>
