I have to compliment this pharmacy with it's phenomenal staff. On 2 occasions I was not able to get an earlier appointment with my doctor for my regular hypertension checkup due to availability. I asked the staff at this pharmacy is there anything they could do for me, as my medication was up, and I needed to take this on a daily basis. Not once, but twice (if not the 3rd time recently) they allowed me a 30 day refill so I am able to stay on my medication until I could meet my doctor. This for me is not only a simple refill on medication, but it proofs to me that the business and it's good staff truly cared about my health and well-being, as I could have had other complications with my health if I did not have the medication. They also personally delivered it for me, and at the exact, correct time I have asked/arranged with them. Thank you guys, you're awesome!

What an utter disgrace tbat humanity can feel absolutley nothung for thr suffering and pain of another. My due date of my script is 13th which is tomorrow but due to a mot unforeseen challenges and situations I underwent they don't even want to consider helping me a day earlier at Klinicare Blooms Port Elizabeth pharmacy with my much needed medicine preventing my dangerous non epiletic seizures. They don't understand how sick I am today and nornally other pharmacies like clicks and Dischem would even issue one day earlier. But for some reason they just wont. Yes they gave me an emergency supply ad i was working on Tuesday or Wednesday of 10 but that could not possibly lhave lasted me till today. I have to take 2 morning and 1 afternoon and 2 evening so literally that would have lasted me 2 days then i get really ill and can even vet my seizures. Shame on people who only care about their systems and procedures but habe forgotten about humanity.

Blooms Klinicare Pharmacy has been a shocking experience. Lack of internal communication between the Dispensary team has created so many mistakes when purchasing medication. Some employees don't take accountability for their mistakes and are simply rude. It's a pity that other Klinicare pharmacies don't offer pre-pack medication services. Much training is required at this branch. Let's see if the management team make an effort to finally resolve our account issues.

What pathetic service received from this Cape Road pharmacy! I called yesterday and spoke to the pharmacist on duty who refused to give me his name. I have a very sick toddler at home and I was stranded with transport and asked for an inhaler and mask spacer attachment to be delivered to my home. He was in such a rush to get me off the phone and rather told me that he had 5 other customers waiting in line in front of him as if I was asking for a handout!!! I paid for what I got the very same as every other customer does. Upon opening the package there was no mask included as this is specifically what I had asked for knowing that my toddler would not be able to use a mouthpiece as yet to inhale by himself with this product. I called this morning and spoke to the very same person to tell him about this and tried explaining to him that if he had taken the time to actually listen to my initial request then he would've known what to actually say to me. Instead he got annoyed and told me that he had no time to listen to me for half an hour trying to tell him what I wanted because he had other people waiting to help. WTH???? Your service stinks and I will never ever deal with you nor will I ever suggest any of my friends or family make use of your service. You are rude towards customers and didn't even have the decency to apologize and admit that you were very wrong! You rather chose to continue being rude! Disgusting, poor, most pathetic service that I've ever received from a pharmacy in my life before! If you didn't want to help me when I called you as you've moaned saying I wasted your time then you should just have said sorry we can't help you. FINISHED!!! You're a horrible excuse for a person in the medical field who's supposed to be caring and helpful to people in need of medical treatment!

On the 26th of August I attended the Klinicare pharmacy in Kabega Park for my appointment for my Pfizer vaccine, firstly I was incredibly nervous and secondly I arrived on the wrong day! As the 27th was my birthday, the staff amazingly allowed me to be vaccinated right then. The administering medical practitioner was amazing and reassured me that I would be fine. Their service was outstanding. Thank you!
