What an utter disgrace tbat humanity can feel absolutley nothung for thr suffering and pain of another. My due date of my script is 13th which is tomorrow but due to a mot unforeseen challenges and situations I underwent they don't even want to consider helping me a day earlier at Klinicare Blooms Port Elizabeth pharmacy with my much needed medicine preventing my dangerous non epiletic seizures. They don't understand how sick I am today and nornally other pharmacies like clicks and Dischem would even issue one day earlier. But for some reason they just wont. Yes they gave me an emergency supply ad i was working on Tuesday or Wednesday of 10 but that could not possibly lhave lasted me till today. I have to take 2 morning and 1 afternoon and 2 evening so literally that would have lasted me 2 days then i get really ill and can even vet my seizures. Shame on people who only care about their systems and procedures but habe forgotten about humanity.

Axxess.co.za ...I don't know if axxess mtn LTE internet is a part of your company but if not plrase let me know and point me in the right direction....you guys...you have disappointed us deeply.we have had internet access...wifi with you for how long..but now since yesterday morning...you guys have been off and everytime we phone...we get the same stupid, incompetent answers. The answer is still we are having issues someone is working on it..hello!!!are you guus bot supposed to have IT and tech geniuses working for you to sort it out asap????what the hell you must be employing idiots then just like in the call centre where they cannot give you a clear answer as to how long it will take and what the hell is going on? What is the actual problem. We just hear issues but what are the issues? Do we pay you to receive **** service? What do we get as compensation for losing two days of being able to do absolutely nothing?
This is my first month with fnb and what a disappointment of note. The app etc works fine but the first time i ever had to draw some money because the place I was going to pay only takes cash none of the atms in my vicinity work and since I am already late I eventually had to use a Capitec atm and we all using other atms to withdraw cost an arm and a leg. Anyway...so the reason and only reason i had to change to fnb was to receive my salary earlier. How disgusted i am in their atm services. And then i phone helpdesk and the lady who helped me was rude and didnt want to help me and also she said only the branch can assist.i work so many days a week where must i get time for the branch.i want them to absolve the charges of this other atm withdrawal fee and charge normal rate because it is their fault i had to use another atm to begin with
They don't know how-to deal witb sick people. Lecturing me because I have a valid script. Nust because it is for stress they are tryinng to rule my life. They dont know how strenuous life is..I'd dare them to walk in my shoes..luckily other pharmacy dont have such hangupsi mean trying to think they know better bettew than doctor .
Excellent service. Truly. I mean you guus stay the best. I bad so much stress i even got a fit and stress for my studies but you took ot away. Somethimes a little care can go a long way. And im fit frèe
We sat waiting for one simple order. A freezo. That's all. Insaw a girl in the corner chatting to another staff memeber at peak time between 18:00 andn19:00. She didn't respond when my order came through butbshhe was in charge of making shakes. We could have been gone long ago but no she was busu socializing at work. Lucky another ofnthe employees came to check oir orders numbers and yelllednat her as to why she was not making it. She must be set right. She is not equipped for that job.

They deserve a minus rating. No rating at all. A week ago I get an sms on my phone saying that since i paid my account up in 2019 already there was a refund they could see on the system due to me. I called them to confirm and spoke to a guy called Charlton. He assured me of the refund and said I must send my ID, proof of address, etc to them. This was no scam I got the details from google. Now today suddenly I receive a very brief impersonal message if you received an sms from Game RCS about a refund please ignore it was an error. I called iin and the agent blames it on the conputer so easy for her to just shift blame. No they shift their blame to the debt reveiw people and say rhey must refund me. What a level of bad service and absolute gross incompetence. Boycot game. They don't deserveto treat customers that way... I will go to social media and press.
You are above all a top pharmacy.. your friendly service especially Bianca and Ilana. I commend you on your excellent service. You make tough times like these covid times more easy to.get through knowing I have such a helpful and handy pharmacy at my disposal. I had such chest pains I had to visit a doctor and because of these anxieties I could not breathe and this doctor have me a nebulizer and helped me breathe again and I am so greatful to all the people on the front line helping us out every step of the way. Thank you so much.
